Albeit I could not get the color I wanted (because the manufacturer did not offer the color for that vehicle anymore), Bonnie was able to locate a vehicle which contained all the options I wanted. Finance dept needs to communicate better with sales. However despite confusion, Bonnie and Giles gave us a great deal on our two cars and we walked away happy. More

Just bought my son a car from here and all I can say is WOW. I've never had such an stress free experience at any dealership like I did here. The managers were on point. Extremely helpful when it came to questions about trade in value of our current car and finance options/warranties, etc. Mimi in particular did an A+ job. I also want to point out the lady that helped us through the whole transaction from start to finish, Bonnie. You really made this experience an all time high in our book. Sweet, very knowledgable, and we left feeling like we really got the best deal. That is the way buying a car should feel so thank you Bonnie for all your help! We will definitely come be back and recommend this dealership to our friends and family. Thank you again! More

Dishonest We purchased a new vehicle on 6 Aug 2016. During the negotiations we were quoted a price $3,000 more than the online quote. We were also due a mil We purchased a new vehicle on 6 Aug 2016. During the negotiations we were quoted a price $3,000 more than the online quote. We were also due a military rebate of $500 and were told to bring in a verification document. We did so the next day and were told we should have our rebate in 2 weeks. We heard nothing for 3 weeks and sent an email to our sales rep, Bonnie. No response. We called her 2 days later (Aug 31). She said she would check. On Sep 8, I called her and she said the financial officer we had dealt with was no longer with them and no one knew where the paperwork was. We emailed her the form that day. She then said she needed another form. We hand carried that form to Giles, the General Sales Manager on Sep 10 and he said it was the correct form and we should have our rebate in 2 weeks. On Sep 14, we were called and told they needed another form. We emailed it that day. We heard nothing. On Sep 27, we called Chrysler World HQ & Tech Center. The HQ Rep there called the dealership manager who said they were waiting for a particular form. An untruth - that form was sent to the dealership on Sep 8. HQ then talked with the general sales manager. HQ then told us the dealership would have the rebate check cut within two hours for us to pickup. We went the next day to pick up the check. It was not there and no one knew anything about it. Neither the manager nor the general sales manager were in. An employee then said he would call the manager and/or general sales manager and check with the finance office. Shortly, the employee returned with a check, that was just cut (dated Sep 28). Nothing had been done the day before. This dealership jerked us around for 7 weeks and 4 days. We have no confidence in this dealership and will pass our experience on to others. This experience will cost Chrysler Corp. and this dealership much more than the $500 rebate due to the ill will generated. More
