Dishonest I was very disappointed with my purchase. The vehicle is great, a 2017 wrangler, however they really got me on my trade in. They don't pay the car I was very disappointed with my purchase. The vehicle is great, a 2017 wrangler, however they really got me on my trade in. They don't pay the car off for over 30 days so you make at least 1 additional payment over the initial payoff amount. Great place to purchase a vehicle IF YOU ARE NOT TRADING IN A VEHICLE. Do not fall for their sales tricks More

We spoke over the phone a few times and I told him what my maximum budget was and what I was looking for. He countered with not only a more expensive vehicle, but it also didn't meet my need for AWD. So I called back and gave him a very specific stock #, WELL within my budget, and he said he would make it work. I hear nothing back from him until I walk into the dealership and try to make a deal. He informs me that "actually that Jeep sold yesterday" - the same one he said would work for me today AFTER I provided him a stock # and he looked it up. Then, he proceeded to say he "had nothing in my budget" and just walked away. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and such poor mannerisms in a Jeep dealership. To not be able to make a deal is one thing, to lie to me about your inventory just to get me to come into the dealership is another. I will never return here and I will advise ALL of my friends and family to STAY CLEER from the Jeep dealership in Chantilly. More

Service - Repair - customer experience I'm a long standing client with this dealership. It's very troubling to watch how they perceive customer experience. My service repair took 2 weeks wh I'm a long standing client with this dealership. It's very troubling to watch how they perceive customer experience. My service repair took 2 weeks which included false quoting, false repair (presented the truck back to me without test drive or verifying the issue was fixed) , I returned it for more repairs and more expense to the tune of $3100. The service team attempted to offer 20% discount however the complaint I have is the customer experience. How can I rely on a service repair if they wont properly fix the problem and test drive it before handing it over. At my request I sat down with Tom Archer the Service Manager. He promised to call me the same day after reviewing the entire service work and a talk with the techs to understand what occurred. The return call never happened. I then reached out to him 3 business days later and he advised he would contact me after the 4th of July holiday. I never heard from Tom. I will not do business with this dealership going forward, I need a service shop that is concerned for truly repairing the vehicle and my customer experience. More

Bogus Advertising rude staff Dont be fooled by these folks. Do not confuse dealer discount with factory incentives. You get the same factory incentives at any Chrysler dealer it's Dont be fooled by these folks. Do not confuse dealer discount with factory incentives. You get the same factory incentives at any Chrysler dealer it's all about dealer discount. This dealer offers a dealer discount then just about and wipes the discount out with dealer fees. Like backing out the destination charge. They will offer 2000 off but then tell you that new price does not include freight. Then they will charge you a large processing fee, perhaps an advertising fee, a delivery fee, a set up fee. It all depends on the discount offered. So, what they are doing is trying to trick you. Lure you in by msking you think you have a great deal then pile on fees. You can buy a vihicle anyware at MSRP and get the same factory incentives anywhere. Call ahead, email ahead get it in wrighting because that advertised dealer discount is not what your actually getting. This dealership plays dirty... More

Unauthorized charges. Beware. I purchased a 2017 Ram 1500 on April 17, 2017. While signing the contract with Business Manger, Clifford Melvin he offered me a service contract. I de I purchased a 2017 Ram 1500 on April 17, 2017. While signing the contract with Business Manger, Clifford Melvin he offered me a service contract. I declined. He continued to press on why I needed it. He asked for a copy of my credit card and that I sign two contracts one with the service plan and one without so if I changed my mind, I could call in to authorize the charge. I gave him a copy. I was moving to Washington DC so I forgot about it. I received a call from Clifford about wanting to proceed with the service plan. I said "No" I was not ready to make a decision at that time but he would not take no for an answer and said that he would call me after my move to see if I reconsidered. He told me he couldn't hold the paperwork much longer because he had to turn it in. I moved on May 8, 2017. I used this account to only pay bills so I always put enough in it to cover my expenses. I tried to purchase food a few days after my move and I was declined. I checked my online account from my phone and noticed the charge of $588.60 and it was from Fair Oaks Chrysler. On Thursday May 11, 2017, I immediately called Fair Oaks Chrysler to find out what the additional charge was and I was transferred to the Clifford and he said "I figured you wanted the service plan so I charged your card." I couldn't believe it. I told him I did not want the service plan and I want a refund of my money. I asked when will I recieve my refund. He told me that it would take a lot of paper work but he would have it to me by Monday, May 15, 2017. I waited until Wednesday 17, 2017 to call Chrysler corporate customer service to ask for their assistance. They called the dealership but only got the voicemail. The rep told me to call back the next day if the Business Manager did not contact me and give me my refund. I called back customer service and was told to go to a dealership to try to cancel the service plan. I called David Black and another manager and neither returned my call. My wife was going to buy a car there. Not now! More
Dishonest. Rude. Bait and switch. Wired a deposit. Agreed to purchase ( in writing ) Two days before my flight to pick up the vehicle, Dealership says, "Sorry, we sold it." Refused to Wired a deposit. Agreed to purchase ( in writing ) Two days before my flight to pick up the vehicle, Dealership says, "Sorry, we sold it." Refused to send downpayment back via wire -- the manner in which it was sent. Giles was rude and very unaccommodating. This would have been my 15th vehicle purchase, and is by far my worst experience with any dealer to date. More
