WARNING, STAY AWAY FROM Fair Oaks Chantilly Chrysler Jeep Do dge RAM!!!!!!! I bought my SUV from Fair Oaks Chantilly Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM on 1/08/18 around 7 or 8pm. On 1/10/18 we went to have our truck i dge RAM!!!!!!! I bought my SUV from Fair Oaks Chantilly Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM on 1/08/18 around 7 or 8pm. On 1/10/18 we went to have our truck inspected in MD, and it FAILED for a tag light and left marker light being out. This is approximately $120 expense that the dealership is not going to cover. They said this is cosmetic and it's expected with a used car. Huh? Also on 1/10/18, my check engine light came on with a code of P0521. I informed the dealership (Waqas, Marcello and Andrew) of this and Waqas said, I would have to bring my SUV in and pay my deductible and they "may be able to cover my rental car", even though my warranty already comes with a rental car. I spoke with a mechanic and was told that these problems already existed but, someone probably reset the codes, which may not come up on test drives. On 1/13/18, another code popped up, P219 and Fair Oaks Chantilly Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM has been unresponsive. Initially on 1/10/18, I spoke with my salesman Waqas and he was supposed to get back with me on the same day. I called again on 1/12/18 and was not able to reach my salesman or sales manager Marcelo Garcia. I was able to reach the finance associate who handled my financing and he said he would pass my message on and that I should call back in the morning, which I did. I finally spoke with Marcelo and he said he could not help me as he was just a New Car Sales Manager who was just filling in for the Used Car Manager, Max Bashardoust. I left Max a message on 1/13/18 (11:30am) but have not heard from him. I'm glad I purchased a warranty, which my salesman Waqas said I wouldn't need. He was selling me on the fact that an old lady traded my SUV in and took very good care of it. He said, you won't need the warranty. SURE GLAD I purchased it anyway. It's amazing when you're trying to purchase a vehicle, everyone is so attentive and helpful, however, when a problem arises, no one calls you back and they want you to speak with other managers who aren't going to answer the phone or call you back either. I've learned a valuable lesson of purchasing a vehicle at night and from purchasing from Fair Oaks Chantilly Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM!!!! So, here is my list of problems or defects that I've noticed since purchasing my 2010 Chevrolet Suburban on 1/08/18, just 5 days ago........... 1) tag light out (FAILED MD SAFETY INSPECTION) 2) left marker light out (FAILED MD SAFETY INSPECTION) 3) Code P0521 (Check Engine light came on 1/10/18) 4) Code P219 code popped up on 1/13/18 5) Engine knocks while idling (Noticed this on 1/10/18) 6) Truck slightly shakes while sitting idle (Noticed this on 1/10/18) 7) Front Chevrolet emblem is missing 8) Rear Chevrolet emblem is disfigured 9) Rear driver side bumper is buckling a little as if some rear end damage was present 10) Drivers seat back does not automatically come forward when you push on the side lever 11) Passenger seat back does not automatically come forward when you push on the side lever 12) Long scratch at the bottom of both drivers side doors 13) No floor mats 14) Windshield washer fluid low warning came on (Insignificant accept for the fact that it shows they don't do all of the basics, like topping off all fluids, changing oil, etc.) We only have one vehicle and we need something RELIABLE, which we thought we were purchasing. From the test drive to delivery of the keys, Bruce provided updates, answered questions, and worked tirelessly to treat my Wife and I as though we were the most important customers he had ever taken care of. This same level of customer care was demonstrated by the finance and service departments as they made their way out to introduce themselves and congratulate us on our purchase. All in all, we feel like we have become part of a larger Family with Fair Oaks Dodge. More

But fact was totally different they appraised and valued my car Dodge 2016 15000 ml low and offered me used car with higher ml at very high price. Worst Experience ever !! Watch for $2,000 in hidden fees I worked with Elias on a price for a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee listed at $56,165. First he agreed to drop the price from the sticker of $56,165 to $44,500 to match the discount on an identical car they had in another color. That looked great! Then he came back and said that the sales manager refused and insisted on a price of $45,727. But I thought we had a deal. Okay, after haggling a bit we agreed on that price. I asked to see the total out the door price. All of a sudden they added in a $689 "processing fee" and a $1,395 "destination charge." This latter fee was over and above the $995 destination charge already in the sticker price we started with. Elias said it what it actually cost the dealership to bring the car from the factory. Just be careful: The FTC website warns against dealers adding second destination charges. When I asked for documentation of that cost, they refused. So add $2,000 in fees to whatever price they quote you. More
