Unethical, liars, should be out of business Bought a Jeep here; took over 3 months to get my tags because they couldn't get their act together even though they had my money. Have never seen any Bought a Jeep here; took over 3 months to get my tags because they couldn't get their act together even though they had my money. Have never seen anything like it. They fired the after-market salesperson because she accidentally let me order higher grade leather than she was allowed to. She had worked there one month, so clearly they didn't take the time to train her. One of the service department mechanics told me that I should sue the company because of the risk they put me under driving for so many months without tags and no answer on when they would arrive. They "rented" me a loaner when I returned to get the after-market leather. Then they didn't pay the bill. The only way I found that out was Enterprise then blocked me from renting. The GM at the time - Jim Davie - was completely disingenuous; gave me his cell number so I could "come get extras when you come in for an oil change." I was not going anywhere near that dealership ever again. I tell everyone I can what a horrible place it was with unbelievably unprofessional management. More
I would give them zero stars if I could. Look up caveat emptor and fair oaks Chrysler will appear. I got a truecar price on a car and I called fair oaks Chrysler to see if the car was available and Sales emptor and fair oaks Chrysler will appear. I got a truecar price on a car and I called fair oaks Chrysler to see if the car was available and Sales person Sean Jaber called back and said it was. So we drove 2.5 hours one way on a Saturday to test drive the car and liked the car. We had them draw a "bill of sale" but had not revealed we had a truecar price of $10,500 (less processing, tags. titleing) and they came back with a price of slightly over $13,000. I looked at it and went down the list of unsolicited add ons and had them remove those. However there was one that was abbreviated nahu which is some kind of vehicle recovery that was $450. I told them I didn't want it and was told I would still have to pay $150 to have it removed which is a nafarious way of doing business. It was not a deal breaker so after removing the add ons the base price was still above the truecar price. So I showed Sean the truecar price and he had to go get his immediate boss Max Bashardoust and it was obvious he was visibly unhappy with the truecar price. However they must be contractually obligated to honor the price and drew up another bill of sale slightly over $11000 total including all the usual fees. I told them I was preapproved with my lending institution and would come back Monday with a cashier's check. Max said that the only way for them to hold the car was for me to sign a loan contract with them which of course I didn't need or want to do. I told them I'd call on Monday to see if the car was available which I did and it was. So I told Sean I was going to get a cashier's check and was coming to purchase the car. So I took the day off from work, got the cashier's check and started driving to fair oaks Chrysler. We were about 10 minutes away when Sean called and asked how far away we were and I told him and he informed me someone was test driving the car. We arrived and wer told that the car was a first come first serve and the person test driving would be allowed to buy the car before us if they chose to do so. We said we had a cashier's check in hand but Max said that didn't matter and that they could make more money if the other person bought the car. We waited about 1.5 to 2 hours and they sold the car to the other person. At that point Max's boss Hermann Cuadros came to explain why which of course was just playing a part because the bottom line was they were able to sell the car at a higher price. I had to walk away due to my frustration at the whole process and we left. On the way home I found a newer model of the same car at a lower price at Sheehy Subaru Mazda in Hagerstown. I called and the car was available and I purchased it two days later. Janet and Chris at sheehy were great. Now back to fair oaks Chrysler let me say that Sean was great and had no control of the situation and ultimately was shafted by Max because he lost the commission on the sale. I told Sean he needed to look for a new job. Bottom line this dealership epitomizes the stereotypical view of sleazy car sales, so sheehy has many dealerships across nova so go there not to fair oaks Chrysler. Chris H. More

They lied about my nieces credit score and at Let me start by saying, STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNSCRUPULOUS DEALERSHIP! The finance department is criminal. They lied about my nieces credit score and attempted to give her a 19% interest rate through Chrysler and said she was denied by the other 8 banks, including Capital One. Luckily, her mom had a copy of all of her credit reports and was able to dispute this. On top of this nonsense, we notified them we already secured a loan, through Capital One, at 3.59%. When I questioned why her credit was even ran (9 times) I was informed it was required by the dealership. LIE. And they did not even have a privacy form signed before completing these inquiries. Also, if you do buy from this dealership, make sure you don't get scammed into optional, "mandatory" equipment, called a Kahu GPS, for which you will be charged $400. When we attempted to reconcile and resolve all of these matters with the GM Hermann Cuadros, he had someone named Thadeus call back, with an apology about the "finance error", but refused to remove the Kahu or reimburse. This is bad business and the worse car buying experience a new driver could have. Shame on you! More
Hung Out to Dry Presale: Saleswoman Bonnie Abbott showed us a new 2019 Pacifica Hybrid Grand touring. I advised her that I liked the can but the white interior lea Presale: Saleswoman Bonnie Abbott showed us a new 2019 Pacifica Hybrid Grand touring. I advised her that I liked the can but the white interior leather was a deal breaker for my family. This was the only Hybrid model they had on the lot and Bonnie Abbott simply said that the interior was not an issue as they could upgrade me to the leather seats in the Grand Touring L. I advised her if we could get the vehicle with dark leather instead we would be interested in purchasing the car. Bonnie priced the upgrade at $1900 dollars but did not provide any additional information. When my wife and I pressed for additional information, Bonnie was unclear and uniformed of the proceed. However, we thought what could go wrong with them switching out the seats. I signed for the car with an “I owe you” for the leather seats. Post Sale: While arranging the stitching on the leather seats, Bonnie advised me that it would not be possible to match the teal stitching that was already stitched on the interior. I was confused as to why Chrysler could not match their own stitching. I began doing some research and found the “leather upgrade” she so casually and vaguely mentioned was a third party aftermarket reupholstering of the cloth seats. At this point, due to Bonnie’s inability to clearly describe what was being sold to us, we had purchased the vehicle and had a choice of keeping the white cloth interior we did not want or moving forward with this process. Prior to dropping the car off, I asked her about the process and expressed my concerns. She advised me not to worry and this this was better than factory quality and that the owner of the dealership does this all the time on his vehicles and loves it. When the vehicle was returned to us, the arm rests were not up to factory quality as the sales woman promised. They are just covered in a leather sleeve that looks aftermarket, loose and cheap. They are much lower quality than the arm rests that come in all trims of the Pacifica. The driver side arm rest is missing the bolt cap that creates a crater that will most likely get punctured. The passenger side captain's chair plastic piece was damaged. Perhaps from being dropped I do not know. The middle third row seat headrest is not to factory quality. Stitching loose and you can see it's just a cover. When I followed up with Bonnie and told her that this was not the factory quality she had promised to deliver, she said she had never said that. In fact most of all the conversations she had with me and my wife she keeps very dishonestly saying she never said it. You cannot trust this sales woman and sould not do business with her. The worst part of all this is when I attempted to follow up with Hermann Cuadros Director of Sales . I had to go to the dealership because he would not return my calls. Once I arrived I asked for him, unknowingly right in from of him, and another sales person intercepted me and said he was his personal assistant as the real director of sales proceeded to ignore me. When I finally chased down the real director I expressed that I did not receive the quality I expected in a new vehicle nor was I properly explained the service I was sold and how big of a mess all of this had been. He advised me that “this is the quality of the Katzkin leather kit I ordered. That is how it looks and I have to deal with it”. I told him in front of the main desk with all his sales people present that the sales woman did not do a good job of describing the service. She had promised factory quality and initially told us we were getting the seats from a grand touring L. Also, that the dealership should follow through with delivering factory level of quality to customers who purchase a new vehicle. As I was speaking Hermann Cuadros kept cutting me off in front of everyone repeating that “Bonnie never said that”. When I had enough of him interrupting me I asked him how could he say that as he was not a part of the conversations? He replied “I know Bonnie, she would never say that. Do what you are going to do (I had mentioned filing a complaint) I am not going to do anything for you”. How can any dealership allow a manager to treat customers so un-compassionately in front of their personnel? When I was told I was getting factory leather upgrade I was told it would be to factory quality or better. After seeing the final product I do not feel that is the case. I do not think it is in best business practices to have customers buy a product and installation service they are repeatedly told is up to the quality and standards of factory OEM. Even led to believe they are actually buying a factory leather upgrade from Chrysler. However, do not have an example of the quality of the work they can see in the dealership and are not given an alternative option if they do not feel the quality is up to their expectations. At point of sale, I was not explained what was included in this kit, I was not told it was aftermarket, I was not told it was installed by a third party installer, I was not told what the customer satisfaction guarantee was and I was not told it was irreversible. I had to find out all of this on my own after the vehicle was sold to me and I was stuck. All I wanted to do was buy a brand new minivan with factory leather interior. I did not want to be stuck with aftermarket leather seats that cheapen my brand new car, I did not want to have to go through all this mess, I did not want to be ignored and disrespected in front a group of people, I did not want my wife and I to be told we “heard what we wanted to hear” or “misunderstood”, and I did not want to have to write this horrible review. I have read multiple reviews for Fair Oaks Chrysler and this appears to be their method of operation. If you are not happy with the quality of your purchase a service, they will completely ignore you and refuse to help you. Buying a vehicle from a place like that is too big of a risk to take. Mostly a great experience except once I got to finance David and everyone in the Service Department here at Fair Oaks Jeep were extremely professional, pleasant, and friendly. The dealership is very clean David and everyone in the Service Department here at Fair Oaks Jeep were extremely professional, pleasant, and friendly. The dealership is very clean and fairly quiet. David replaced the wheel locks on my vehicle and also, provided me with a new wheel lock key due to the original wheel lock key missing from the vehicle when I purchased it. He corrected my check engine light, and turns out the light was a issue that a previous bulletin or recall had addressed. David ordered a brand new interior light due to the one inside the vehicle needing to be replaced. Mr. Thaddeus Hancock, also been a pleasure to deal with, and has gone above and beyond to deliver a exceptional customer service experience to me with resolving the few issues I have encountered so far with my purchase. My salesmen: Sony and Alan or Alam were awesome, and were very friendly. My experience here at this dealership has been mostly pleasant with the only exception of how I felt in the finance office. I did not feel that the finance person that handled my transaction worked in my best interests. He was somewhat rude, impatient, snappy, and did not seem to respect or value me as a customer. I felt rushed and pressured and at some points treated like a child and not like a person making a $40,000 purchase. Things started out pleasant but went downhill when I told him that given that I have a 820 credit score, I expect a much better interests rate. At that point he kept telling me all the things he couldn't do, instead of all the things he could do to help me. When you are spending almost $40,000 at a business you expect to have 5 star treatment all the way through. Again, my only issue here was in the finance department which the experience left a bad taste in my mouth and also prevented me from giving this dealership 5 stars. More

I went to this dealership after finding the car I wanted on-line. My sales rep (David Guerara) made my car shopping experience seamless and very easy. He was pleasant and extremely professional. I appreciated that. I've gone back a few times to either drop off some items or have something added to my car and every time I send David a note, he's extremely prompt and thorough. Always greeting with a handshake and smile. I have zero complaints. I love my car -- it's my dream car. And, I would highly recommend anyone looking for a dodge to head over here! More
