I brought my vehicle in for a check engine light the day before leaving for vacation. AARON told me everything would be covered under a recall warranty and my rental would be covered 100%. I got NO phone calls letting me know what was being done to my vehicle or when it was done and ready for pickup. When I called on a Friday night after driving for 8 hours, I was informed I would be charged over $1000 and have to pay for the rental. I had no choice but to return the rental to avoid extra charges and was left carless all weekend with two children. They gave me NO options and I have to wait until Monday for a manager which means I have to take off from work because of their error. Aaron lied to his manager to cover himself and told me I should have "assumed" I would be responsible for my rental. He didn't think he had to tell me.... Corporate said "the dealerships are their eyes and ears" and only take their word. So much for customer satisfaction. More
The worst experience I have ever had in my life with a vehicle. My husband and I test drove the vehicle, the front seat was in pristine shape. We purchased the vehicle. To our fault we did not get in the back seat, that evening when we arrived home, our children went to get in the back seat. The entire back seat was tore up by an animal, there was a hole in the seat and the upholstery was chewed everywhere, both seat belts were damaged as well. We also noticed three dents and 3 large rust spots on the outside. We contacted the dealership and they would not fix anything, in fact they never even called back again. I did not know dealerships put cars on the lot that are so damaged, I found it awful the way they did business and the way we were treated. RUN FROM THIS PLACE. More
They gave me free oil chances for life, and after 12 yrs of doing it they said they were not going to honor it anymore. The service mgr. was very rude, and the general mgr. told me it was mostly because I w of doing it they said they were not going to honor it anymore. Don't trust this dealership.they said after 12 yrs they did an audit on my account and I wasn't supposed to get this service, it was for gasoline trucks only, I just don't believe it, and they would never show me proof of that audit, even if they did make a mistake, they still should make it good to the customer, it's all bologna! I am 2 hours drive away so I make the trip to the dealership to see the vehicle I wanted to purchase and a trade in mine. I spent 3 hours in the shop and dealt with one gentleman that seemed as if he dealership to see the vehicle I wanted to purchase and a trade in mine. I spent 3 hours in the shop and dealt with one gentleman that seemed as if he was dealing with multiple other people than myself in the 3 hours I was there after filling out the credit app I did not get to see the financial department in the 3 hours I was there and was told by a manager they will call me in the morning of the next day so I get up and I make the phone call in the morning just to find out the vehicle that I wanted to purchase was sold I left at 6:00 p.m. the dealership closes at 7:00 p.m. so after I left within 1 hour that vehicle was sold!!!! A complete total 0 rating from me horrible....a whole day of my life wasted thanks More
The Kelly Blue Book website set me up with a few dealerships who wanted to purchase my used car. I went to Fair Oaks Chantilly (Jeep) and Brandon gave me an appraisal for $3,000, but said they reall dealerships who wanted to purchase my used car. I went to Fair Oaks Chantilly (Jeep) and Brandon gave me an appraisal for $3,000, but said they really wanted the car and could come up in price. So I went to CarMax and they offered $3,500. So a few days later I took it back to Brandon. At first, he appraised it for $3,000 again. When I showed him the CarMax appraisal he did the typical used car salesman attitude that he’d see what he could do. I told him I would sell it to him for $3,700 but anything less I’d go to CarMax because they are a larger seller and auction facility. He said they could possibly do $3,600 but no more. I politely said thank you and asked for my keys. Then this other man (maybe a manager) had to worst attitude and practically spit at me saying “You’re willing to lose $100?” I said yes I was. He spat once again “FINE, you win - we’ll give you $3,700!!” I said, “I’m taking it to CarMax because I don’t appreciate being treated like I’m an idiot. Goodbye” They treated me horribly and I will NEVER go back there for any reason!!!! I chose to go to CarMax where they treated me with respect. Fair Oaks Chantilly made it easy to see how used car salesmen get the sleazy reputation. More
After searching for a Mercedes Benz C300 4 mastic for a few months I was glad to see that this dealership had one in my price range. The lack of respect my husband and I just received at the Fair Oaks Chantilly dealership is mind blowing. We were deciding between 2 vehicles which were almost identical but in different colors. We were told in order to make a deal, we were required to test drive the vehicle first...so we did. During the time it took us to do so, the sales manager sold the vehicle to another buyer without requiring that they test drive the vehicle. The sales manager then proceeded to lie to us, saying the family had reserved the vehicle - which we knew from our conversation with the buyer that they had not. We were told we were first in line and not to rush in making our decision. Next time, just be honest. More
Don’t buy from these guys.
