We recently purchased a used vehicle from FairOaks. We were traveling from out of state and had to trust we were getting the vehicle as described. He sent us video and pictures and so forth so we knew what we were getting and didn’t waste the days travel to the dealership. When we arrived, everything was in order and we were driving away in our new truck within an hour and a half. The sales manager Sony as well as salesman Asim were wonderful to deal with. These sales people are liars and thieves. They are an embarrassment to their profession. Each time I spoke to them they increased the price without changing anything else in the deal. This has been the worst experience ever in buy. Car. Now comes the warranty. Aly will lie his way for a sale. I purchased the car in April and the warranty has still yet to be processed. Other on my ac never worked i drove 3 hours to get it fix still no working still no warranty no ac. And i have paid the bill and i lost a day of work. This place is racist unprofessional and heartless as a black man i recommend not going here at all its a white only place. Thats how it made me feel. More
