We worked with Kim and she was good to work with, but beware of charges for add-ons that other dealers don't have. Most dealers have a processing fee, but they wanted to add 3 things totaling $1700. We got them to back off on $1000, but had to pay $400 for lo jack which they said would lower insurance, but doesn't. Also $300 for stain guard, which we wouldn't have wanted. No other dealer near them requires any of these things. More
