They did not have a loaner available when I had to drop off my car - which is something I should be receiving because of my warranty - and thus I’ve had to rent a car and whenever I talk to them they act like they don’t care and that it’s not important to complete service in a timely manner, they said that I will have to wait and continue to push back the date ambiguously and are absolutely inadequate at prioritizing and helping customers get in and get out. Being told there was “nothing they could do” really instilled my confidence in the service here. I would literally rather drive 50 miles away than have to continue to use the snails pace service at this jeep Chrysler. Now my car is held hostage and I’m left carless and in the dark while they continue to take a lackadaisical approach to getting my car completed. More
We bought a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership. Although the buying experience is completely fine, we had them add a blind spot monitor before we drove it off the lot which had issues w dealership. We then had to pay to have it removed because it would not stop beeping on start-up. So we wasted money twice (install and removal). This is now a 2018 that only has 30k miles on it as I write this review and is stored in a garage and we have had to replace two spark plugs, two tires and a wheel and add/remove blind spot monitoring. One of the tires ruptured while driving (hit nothing) and bottomed out damaging the wheel. Service would not work with us on the fix since it was related to the tire, even though they are the ones that put the tires on. Then a second tire started to have sidewall fraying (again not due to hitting anything or curb rash). This was well before they hit their intended mileage or dry rotted due to age. The first spark plug failed within the first 2 years and they made us pay for it, then the same spark plug failed within a year after that. Luckily it was covered under their partial warranty, but still had to pay for a tow and labor. Finally, we are now experiencing the infotainment center delaminating and not working. I brought the vehicle in at the beginning of January and was told by their Service Manager Margaret she would make a call to Jeep and ask if they would replace for free since it is a known issue (recommend Googling Infotainment screen delaminating in Dodge/Jeep/Ram before purchasing). All she needed to do was make a phone call, regardless of the answer, so I could decide how to move forward. After voicemails, call backs and a call from the centralized service center and many promises of call backs by end of day, I called her again on 2/16/2023 and she had still not made the call and asked to give her 15 minutes and she would get back to me. I told her not to bother and hung up. So end of story, Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep are selling vehicles with known issues, and if you happen to experience the delamination after the warranty they refuse to fix it even though it is related to the quality control and their choice of cheap adhesive. Then they want over $1,000 to fix. Compare that to my 2018 Chevy Colorado, with the known "Chevy Shake" transmission issue, which they correct for free without question well beyond warranty. This might be tolerable, if this locations Service Department was willing to do their job, however over the course of 1.5 months, they could not make a single phone call which they promised on multiple occasions. I will be doing the repair myself, which is a simple swap of the infotainment center, which will only cost me $500 and maybe take 10 minutes. I am not sure why they are trying to charge $1,000+ for a fix that they know is an issue and caused due to their manufacturing choices. Buy a Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler at your own risk, but definitely steer clear of this locations Service Department. They have never been helpful and I have had to deal with them too many times for a vehicle that only has 30K miles on it. More

This is a very scummy dealership. This is something a lot of buyers will overlook. Will not recommend anyone to do business there. The worst service department known to man Brought my Ram in for a noise in the rear under extended warranty Had to order parts and return. Brought it back for a recheck, now was told the entire axle assembly was warped and needed replacement. 3 weeks later the service manager Margret Graybol refuses to respond to texts, their preferred way of staying in contact. When I show at the dealership, she blames it on the warranty company. I have taken the truck to an independent transmission company to have it inspected. The owner, with 40 years experience, looked at it and said it was totally set up incorrectly, no backlash and the contact pattern on the gears was at the very edge, he stated he was amazed it didn’t break. Well he repaired my truck at my expense, and it is now perfect, without replacing the entire assembly. I would not bring my truck back here to put air in the tires, I feel that’s above their ability’s More

After to my prior experience, I was contacted by Mr. Herman and he apologized for the experience. He listened to my complaint and corrected the situation. Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. I came in on yesterday evening I met with Adam and Danny to find a vehicle. Danny found the perfect SUV and had all of the paperwork ready upon my arrive. Both Adam and Danny handled the my situation with EXPECTIONAL customer service and I am beyond elated! Danny even stayed passed his scheduled time to assist me getting everything completed. I really do appreciate how they corrected the prior experience I had before. I will definitely be back to do more business with them again and recommended them to anyone I know looking for a car/SUV.
