He was pleasant on the phone, apologized for William’s actions, and said he would assist me going forward. Long story short, neither one ever called me back or followed up on my interest. Terrible experience. I will never use the service department again. They caught us in a technicality between our Max Care Mopar service plan, a broke down vehicle (showing an entirely different erro department again.
