I contacted Fair Oaks to inquire about a used vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Initially, I spoke with William, and informed him of the vehicle and that my purchase would be cash and done remotely. was interested in purchasing. He was pleasant on the phone, apologized for William’s actions, and said he would assist me going forward. Long story short, neither one ever called me back or followed up on my interest.
