I have been trying to cancel my warranty on my vehicle for the past few weeks and I have been brushed off to the side constantly. After providing all of the necessary documents, I was not told how much my for the past few weeks and I have been brushed off to the side constantly. After providing all of the necessary documents, I was not told how much my refund would be and how long it would take. My vehicle doesn't have a lien holder and I was told that it would take two months to get a refund. This is absolutely ridiculous. When I cancelled my warranty at a different dealership, it only took a week to wrap it up entirely. It seems like no one there even remotely cares about customer service at all. Absolutely horrible experience. More
