Bruno was very professional all throughout the process. We appreciated the fact that he has a “no pressure – take your time” philosophy. He was encouraging us to take as many test drives as we wanted, always with a very positive attitude. Bruno is also very knowledgeable about cars and especially when it comes to the pre-owned inventory offered by Fafama. Ultimately, Bruno went out of his way to get the car ready for us the day he had committed to, despite the insurance and RMV intricacies. He also had the car detailed for us before we picked it up. Altogether, our experience with Fafama is very positive. We have already mentioned it to several of our friends and will continue to do so. We are also looking forward to returning to Fafama in a few months when it’ll be time to schedule our first service/maintenance appointment. Thank you Bruno and the entire Fafama team! More

Unlike most dealers, when we went for a test drive Jordan put the plate on it and he did not come with us. I appreciated not having the salesman watching over my shoulder as I checked out my potential new ride. Coming to an agreement on my trade and the price of the new car were effortless and took less than ten minutes. That's the fastest and easiest time I've ever had buying a car. My wife, who hates the car buying experience in general, was extremely happy with our experience and is thinking about a Ford Escape for herself. We have a 2+ hour ride each way but I have no qualms about returning to Fafama for our next vehicle. More
