My experience with Max Castro at Fafama auto sales in Milford, MA was an ongoing excellent experience. I had my eye on several vehicles of different price ranges and could not make up my mind. Max kept in touch with me via text messages throughout this process of me making a decision. I couldn't believe a sales person that didn't call me all of the time, never harassed me or pressured me to do anything. He was extremely helpful and polite and friendly. It is because of this that I stuck with Fafama and am driving my new car off of the lot today! Had it not been for the excellent customer service and a genuine caring of me the customer, I'd still be out there desperately searching for a good car and a good deal. More
