Once I expressed interest in moving forward he and the finance manager had numbers for me along with a strong trade-in value for my existing vehicle within 15 minutes. They met all my requests and I had my new car in a few days (after new tires were put on). I can truly say this was the smoothest and most positive car purchase I've experienced to date. Nice until they have your money and then they could care less! Disgraceful! My car was supposed to have wipers changed and be detailed, and carpets were promised.. they told me it was yet it was sitting in same spot days later on pick up, they lied to me. No wipers, no detail, no carpets. Shop somewhere else. Then they have the nerve to ask for a 5 star rating! Pfft. More
