I'm 29 years old and have always bought my vehicles through private owners. I was hesitant on purchasing from a dealership. I am a Jeep guy and saw one I was interested in. My man Vinnie came out and realized I was a tough customer but was very professional. I ended up putting down a down payment and Vinnie worked with me on my complicated situation. He and his staff made my complicated situation pretty easy. I had 3 or 4 things I wanted fixed or dealt with on my 2004 Jeep mostly cosmetic and the service staff the service manager individual took care of my needs that day. Sunday i sent a email regards the Volkswagen GTI they have for sale and Cris did follow up with me Monday, i did make the appointment to go see the car Thursday and once i got there i was impressed with the area and size used car dealer and the inventory. I meet up with Fabio with i had no idea he was the owner and he introduced me to Bruno (sales), the GTI i was interested was inside the showroom and they didn't even hesitate in put the car out side so i could take the car for test drive. Car was really clean and smooth ride better the others one i have see you there. I explain to Bruno my credit issue and no problem i got approved for the vehicle and week later i was on the road also i got 6 months warranty with the car with to me its great peace mind. Fabio was really professional as well junior when i need them had little issue with the car moth later after i bought the car and they fixed with no problem And the part was surprise me the most was Fabio the owner called me couple days later just to check to see if i was happy with the service.. i mean come on i never see a dealership owner call a customer to follow up with them usual they have their employees do that type job... I want to express my sincely thanks to Fafama Auto Sales team and you will definitively will always have a customer... Keep up the good work guys!!!! More

I had been shopping for 4 months for a vehicle, and within a week of test driving one at Fafama I was driving it home. I saw a vehicle I wanted to test drive on their websit late on a Friday night, so within a week of test driving one at Fafama I was driving it home. I was contacted early on Saturday morning, and took it out for a test drive that afternoon. Customer Service was excellent, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Bruno returned any messages left in a short period of time, and everyone there was extremely helpful. I am so pleased with the level of service, and with my new-to-me vehicle that when it's time for my daughter to buy a car I will bring her there. My boyfriend has also stated that when he is ready to trade his car in, he knows he'll go to Fafama. More
