I recently purchased a 2007 Explorer Sport Trac and I dealt with Jordan and Chris. My wife and I were impressed with them every step of the way. The building and surroundings are spotless and the cars we dealt with Jordan and Chris. My wife and I were impressed with them every step of the way. The building and surroundings are spotless and the cars we looked at were so clean they could have been brand new. Unlike most dealers, when we went for a test drive Jordan put the plate on it and he did not come with us. I appreciated not having the salesman watching over my shoulder as I checked out my potential new ride. Coming to an agreement on my trade and the price of the new car were effortless and took less than ten minutes. That's the fastest and easiest time I've ever had buying a car. My wife, who hates the car buying experience in general, was extremely happy with our experience and is thinking about a Ford Escape for herself. We have a 2+ hour ride each way but I have no qualms about returning to Fafama for our next vehicle. More
My transmission died in my car and I had it towed to the lot on a Friday night. I had a new car financed by Monday evening. This is why I will come back for my next upgrade. lot on a Friday night. I had a new car financed by Monday evening. This is why I will come back for my next upgrade. More
I was shown the issues with my car and Carlos pinpointed and let me know exactly the issues. He took the time to make sure i understood what needed fixing, and that it was a big job. This gave me a great feeling of trust in fafama's service capabilities, and made me feel like we were on the same team. The work done was great, fixed all the problems in the car and got it running again when i thought it may be hopeless. I was treated respectfully, and the service team showed me clearly what had been done to repair the car. It ended up costing less than i expected.. Great service, great work, great value, with confidence, trust and friendly staff. These guys fixed me up and i will be bringing my car back for any additional service..much love More

First off, Vinnie Sousa is a great salesman. He was fair and gave me a reasonable price on my 2006 Chevy Silverado. Its all downhill from there. 1. I paid cash for my vehicle and was told it would be ready 2-3 days later... This was not the case I showed up on day 3 and the truck had not been in to get the minor things fixed. A. The front speakers B. A small tear in the seat. Not only is this an hour from my house but that was lie one. 2. I had an issue with the airbox in the truck. It would not work on selection 5 so I scheduled an appointment to have it fixed. I know it is a used truck and yes things break. But, I had to beg/threaten them to get a loner car after having my car for 5 days and mind you I work like everyone else its hard to find rides everyday. They did end up giving me a vehicle a few days later until my truck was done. 3. My parking break locked up and I had to have the vehicle towed to a local shop because once again I know it is a used truck and stuff breaks. But, the breaks were a train wreck. My local mechanic was so mad they even let this vehicle out of their lot. At any moment the breaks could have went and he said it was extremely unsafe to drive. So I called Fafama service to see if I could get it looked at and fixed. Their initial response was that they could get it in the shop in a week and I would have to rent a car or find a ride they could not provide a vehicle. It was not again until I threatened lemon law and legal action that they made room for my truck that day and had it fixed or so I thought. Leaving the parking lot I noticed once again my air would not work on selection 5. 4. On top of this I called prior to picking up my vehicle twice and asked if they could leave the keys in the truck as I could not make it there before they close as I had work. Both times I spoke with a nice young lady at the service department but never did they leave the keys. I found myself running around after hours trying to get someone staying late to get my keys to pick up my truck. 5. Also, the last time I was in the service office I overheard a lady complaining about her car that was under warranty. They told her she would have to pay a "warranty deductible" in order to have the car fixed. She flipped out, complained, threatened legal action and Fafama stood by their tiny clause in their warranty that they wouldn't fix her car unless she paid a deductible. 6. Last, but not certainly not least...I paid CASH for my vehicle. Not a small amount of cash...but $11,000+ dollars. I still have not received my title after 90+ days. I called the DMV to find out why and they mentioned that the paperwork submitted by Fafama stated that I have a leinholder on my vehicle and until that loan amount is paid I will not receive my rightful ownership of the title. I called the so called company that I have a loan with and they said they have been trying to work out the paperwork that they received from the DMV about this so-called loan, because it never existed. PRIOR to me doing all this work and hours on the phone with the DMV, I called Fafama to see if they knew or could help find my title and they said "not my problem you have to contact the DMV yourself." They were not helpful since the moment they received my money. I would highly recommend staying away from this dealership. On another note, I am not just some person, I am a sergeant in the United States Army. I appreciate people holding up their end of the bargain when they say they are just as good as a big dealership and rant about their wonderful customer service for hours before you make your purchase. I know they will try to undermine what I have written, but I have taken the time to write it exactly how it has happened because there was no other way for me to express my aggravation and have it be heard, as I have tried and they couldn't care less. Honestly, I will never bring my vehicle back to Fafama even if they offered me thousands of dollars in freebies, or at the least, offered to fix everything still wrong with my vehicle. It's less aggravation for me to fix it myself at this point. If you have any questions my email is rmallon2108@gmail.com. That's how seriously disgusted I am. More
