My name is Fabio Silveira. I am the owner at Fafama Auto Sales, inc. I have read and acknowledged the review written by rmallon2108. I do not agree with the things that were augmented in this particular review, but we understand that people are entitled to their own points of view. At Fafama we are dedicated to treating everyone with the same respect regardless of their background or title. We are a serious company that has always complied with the law and understand the importance of excellent customer service. I have done my due diligence to keep you, rmallon2108, satisfied. Out of courtesy we provided you with a loaner at no extra charge. This is something we do for customers that have a car being serviced for more than 24 hours. Once that time-frame was determined (and the loaner was returned from another customer) we provided you with the loaner. We repaired several COSMETIC items on your truck that are not even covered under standard power-train warranties. "For free" Not to mention the time you brought your truck here because you didn't know how to operate the windshield washer. You like our sales person. You like our price. You like your truck. and you mentioned the service receptionist was nice. I cannot understand the reason that you are so dissatisfied. I have instructed my staff, as I do with every other customer we have, to make sure that you are satisfied with my store in general. I must admit, that when I read this review I panicked a bit. I even tried setting up a time to speak with you in person to understand what we possibly did to you that was so wrong to merit such a negative review. Unfortunately, that didn't work and you refused to setup a time to speak with me. All I can leave you with is an apology that our efforts weren't enough to keep you happy. If you or anyone reading this would like clarification (without revealing private information) I would love to sit down and talk to you about these baseless accusations.
