I took my 07' Sport Trac in today to have a few minor things (light bulbs out, trim loose) fixed that I noticed after purchasing it. One issue was rather upsetting to me and that was that I noticed a wat things (light bulbs out, trim loose) fixed that I noticed after purchasing it. One issue was rather upsetting to me and that was that I noticed a water leak in the rear of the passenger compartment when it rained. I spoke with Carlos Junior the day before my appointment and he told me that the leak was most likely the third brake light. When I arrived today he already had a new third brake light ready and waiting to be installed. My vehicle was brought into the shop immediately and all of my issues were resolved quickly. When the work was completed he brought me out to the shop where he went over what had been done and he had me check to make sure that everything was correct and that I was satisfied. I've never had that happen at any repair shop I've ever been to. This is a first class operation that I highly recommend. More

Bruno was very professional all throughout the process. We appreciated the fact that he has a “no pressure – take your time” philosophy. He was encouraging us to take as many test drives as we wanted, always with a very positive attitude. Bruno is also very knowledgeable about cars and especially when it comes to the pre-owned inventory offered by Fafama. Ultimately, Bruno went out of his way to get the car ready for us the day he had committed to, despite the insurance and RMV intricacies. He also had the car detailed for us before we picked it up. Altogether, our experience with Fafama is very positive. We have already mentioned it to several of our friends and will continue to do so.
