None of this "I'll ask my manager if we can drop thousands" kind of thing. No problem getting a test drive. No requirement that the salesman come on the test drive with us. No hard sell, just information as needed. The physical facility was excellent, with a shop area that far exceeds most non-dealership auto sales locations, and it exceeds a lot of dealerships for that matter. I didn't count the bays, but if memory serves there were perhaps 16, all very clean and particularly well lit: all-in-all a work area that lends itself to enabling good work to be done. There is also a large waiting room outside the service area, with big windows looking into the work area, a large TV and refreshments. The car we ultimately purchased was serviced before we ever looked at it, and there was a printed service record provided to us while we were considering the car. New brakes and new tires were mounted, the oil and filter were changed, and the whole car was detailed very nicely. Oil changes for two years, and a 3750 mile / 90 day warranty were included in the final price. Yes, we would use Fafama Auto Sales again, for purchasing a car or for having one serviced, and we would recommended it to our friends. More
