Overall great experience buying my car here. My boyfriend as well brought a car before me and I saw how satisfy he was with his and I went back to buy one myself. I actually bought 2 vehicles from Fafama in the past year. My Mechanic recommended them to me and after buying my wife's pathfinder in November of 2012 I bought my accord in August of this year. Good guys, good value and no hassle and in fact the Pathfinder had a gas gauge issue that turned out to be very expensive to fix and they took it in, fixed it and gave it back under warranty. Fafama was suggested to me by a friend who had purchased a car from them and planned to purchase another soon because she had a great first experience with them. I was in the market for a small SUV, so I w a car from them and planned to purchase another soon because she had a great first experience with them. I was in the market for a small SUV, so I went on their website and looked at what they had to offer. Right away I saw the car I wanted to go and check out. It was a 2010 Toyota Rav4. When I got to the dealership I met Bruno who was very knowledgeable about every car on the lot. He answered all my questions and seemed honest which can be rare when dealing with used car dealerships. After looking at a handful of cars, including the Rav4, I decided to test drive it. I knew this was the car, so I went right ahead and started the paperwork with Bruno. He was never pushy about the purchase which was also a positive part of the experience. A week after owning the car, I had to bring it back in because a caliper had loosened and fallen out, causing the brakes to make a horrible knocking sound. They took it in the next morning and had it fixed that afternoon free of charge. A few weeks later, I took the car to my own trusted mechanic to have him do a full check of the car for anything else that might be wrong as I did notice a slight but strange noise coming from the back end of the car. Unfortunately the rear differential was bad and needed replacement. I called Fafama, they took it back in right away and checked out the issue. They confirmed that it was bad and handled the new replacement through Toyota since the car was still under Toyota's warrantee. Although they weren't the ones to fix it, they dealt with the whole process for me and the car was ready within days. They also provided a loaner car which was very helpful. The only thing that was a somewhat negative part of this whole experience was the fact that the car's tires were close to being bald and all needed to be replaced. They wouldn't replace them free of charge under the dealership's warrantee because the car passed inspection (but just barely due to the tires). They did however give me a very good deal on a new set, and did not charge me for the alignment, etc., just the tires themselves. All in all, it was a great experience and I would definitely suggest Fafama to others. More

Was in the market for an SUV, found one locally that was less in price but higher in miles. Came across Fafama Auto Sales having same vehicle 20 miles away a little higher price with less miles. From my first phone call to inquire about the vehicle, to my trip up to test drive, and last trip up to pick it up i was treated with respect and made to feel comfortable in every way possible by the staff here. The Salesman filled out all my paperwork so that all i had to do was walk in to the registry and hand the teller my forms. From begining to end was the smoothest vehicle transaction i have made. The purchase of a quality vehicle is a big investment to me as i am sure to others who may read this. For this reason, as the others that i mentioned, (oh and the fact i got an Awesome SUV) is why i am giving this rating. Thank U Fafama Auto Sales More
