Decieved and HURT I went into Fafama a week ago because they advertised an 07 BMW x3 car that I was looking for. We drove an hr away took the car for a ride and loved I went into Fafama a week ago because they advertised an 07 BMW x3 car that I was looking for. We drove an hr away took the car for a ride and loved it! Thought about it overnight and called when they opened to let them know I wanted the car. Was told they were going to service it and did all the paper work, was told they'd give me $10,000 for my vehicle. Waited a week for them to do what was needed only to be told today that they no longer want my 2011 Mazda, which has been service as required and up to date on all oil changes, because they just got shafted on a mustang and lost money. WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH ME???!!!! Very upset and feeling deceived and HURT!!! I patiently waited the week only to be let down by a dealership I THOUGHT I could trust :( More

The car is for my daughter and when she was driving the car the engine light went on and I called and I got an appointment today and my daughter and my brother went to the dealership to have the car serviced. They took care of the issues with the engine light and they took care of some other safety issues. I was very leery about the car after the engine light came on but they really stepped up to the plate and took care of everything that needed to be done. My brother was very pleased with the service they got and he told me how nice they all were to them. I am very happy with the service and I will definitely recommend the dealership. We live in RI about an hour away so I was pleased that they took care of everything right away. Thank you Bruno and all of the Fafama employees - we appreciate your service! More

I purchased a used vehicle from Fafama. I had some unusual issues with the car. They looked at the vehicle-problem eluded them.
