I sat at this persons desk while he listed 5+ reasons to his manager (Fabio) why he shouldn't do our deal. Where I come from, the Salesman is supposed to present your best case offer & sell it not nix it.... What kind of sales professional does that today? Also none of the reasons & justifications I offered as to why the car was over priced were ever mentioned to the manager. I though a sales person was working to represent & present your issues not some self-serving myth?? Absolutely the worst buying experience ever....! Not recommended... Buyer Beware....! More
