Pricing Non-competitive & the worst Sales people that lack experience & professionalism I have ever seen. I sat at this persons desk while he listed 5+ reasons to his manager (Fabio) why he shouldn't do our deal. Where I come from, the Salesman is supposed to present your best case offer & sell it not nix it.... What kind of sales professional does that today? Also none of the reasons & justifications I offered as to why the car was over priced were ever mentioned to the manager. I though a sales person was working to represent & present your issues not some self-serving myth?? Absolutely the worst buying experience ever....! Not recommended... Buyer Beware....! More

Decieved and HURT I went into Fafama a week ago because they advertised an 07 BMW x3 car that I was looking for. We drove an hr away took the car for a ride and loved I went into Fafama a week ago because they advertised an 07 BMW x3 car that I was looking for. We drove an hr away took the car for a ride and loved it! Thought about it overnight and called when they opened to let them know I wanted the car. Was told they were going to service it and did all the paper work, was told they'd give me $10,000 for my vehicle. Waited a week for them to do what was needed only to be told today that they no longer want my 2011 Mazda, which has been service as required and up to date on all oil changes, because they just got shafted on a mustang and lost money. WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH ME???!!!! Very upset and feeling deceived and HURT!!! I patiently waited the week only to be let down by a dealership I THOUGHT I could trust :( More
