Excellent Warranty Service I bought a used Mazda 6 sedan a week ago from Fafama. I failed inspection due to the tires on the car. I called Jhonne and told him about it. As soon I bought a used Mazda 6 sedan a week ago from Fafama. I failed inspection due to the tires on the car. I called Jhonne and told him about it. As soon as I got there, Jhonne told me they gonna replace the tires for me. To my surprise, they replace all the tires with brand new tires and I passed inspection the next day. My expectation was far exceeded, I thought they gonna replace only two tires. Jhonne and Marcelo were very helpful, kind, friendly and displayed fantastic and outstanding customer service. I will definitely buy from them again and would always service my car there. Great job guys. More

Although the rattling noises could not be totally fixed, we were very happy with their cooperation, service, and friendliness. Jhonne the young man was especially patient in trying to help pinpoint the faulty areas. We also got to test drive quite a few cars while we waited.
