Would not go back I would never buy another car here again and I recommend you search elsewhere as well. My experience was full of headaches and frustrations. Communication and customer service were severely lacking. After leaving a review on another site I was contacted by the owner of Fafama. He offered me compensation for my inconvenience only if I would remove my reviews. I declined and he became increasingly hostile. He yelled, accused me of having "a mental problem," and told me he would not fix anything on my car unless it was covered by the MA Lemon Law. The biggest problem was they knowingly sold me a car with a battery issue. The night I picked up my car (3 yrs old) they had to jumpstart the battery, which I only knew about because they accidentally left the starter pack in my backseat. They did not tell me. The next morning I had a dead battery again and ended up being late to work. The sales manager was not apologetic at all for the inconvenience or the lack of communication about having to jumpstart it the night before. The battery had to be replaced, an issue they knew about and could have fixed before I drove away in the car. They also sent the paperwork to my insurance company late and messed up the paperwork when they finally did. This delayed when I could pick up the car, which was a huge hassle as I was without a car. Finally, extremely pushy salesmen - made me feel uncomfortable, wouldn't let me leave initially, and made negative comments about a car I was interested in at another dealership. More

Max Castro Max was quite helpful in getting me a deal, even though my credit wasn't great.I was disappointed that the car I bought was not "detailed" as promised Max was quite helpful in getting me a deal, even though my credit wasn't great.I was disappointed that the car I bought was not "detailed" as promised upon delivery. Max and others took the car back into the shop and touched up the scratches, ect. that were not done prior to delivery. I know that my car was a used car, and that I am a fussy person when it comes to paint details, so I overlooked some of the work that was not done. More

Nice family dealership- Good people I had shopped around A LOT for a car I wanted, so I knew what the market was getting. The car I purchased was low mileage and well optioned- and Fafa I had shopped around A LOT for a car I wanted, so I knew what the market was getting. The car I purchased was low mileage and well optioned- and Fafama was the most reasonably priced. Now, they were not the cheapest, but they were not the highest either, and when I told them what I could offer, they worked with me to get the deal done. This was not the case at other dealerships, where sales fell apart in some cases over $500, which seemed silly when talking about a 26k purchase. Fafama is ready to sell, with none of the nonsense they feed you at the big dealerships.- If they can sell you the car you want, they will. If you need to get a car quickly and don't know where to turn, and want to know you are getting an honestly good vehicle at an honest price- Fafama is your place. These are great people here- they offer refreshments, play relaxing Brazilian music (yes Portuguese friendly), and have a large and well maintained service area. It is clear every employee takes pride in the business there. Even though I had never heard of Fafama before, and came from an hour away, they made me feel comfortable with my purchase, and made the process very smooth and easy.
