The car was ready and available for test drive upon arrival- no sales pitch and waiting games. Car was as described- Alex was my salesperson and stood by his word. There were a few minor issues - brake pads needed to be replaced and a small dent. Alex promised to have the car ready and detailed in 3 days and it was. So far the vehicle has been great. There was time left on the manufacture warranty so I feel very good about the vehicle. Alex provided me with all the documentation- car fax and details of maintenance including what was done prior to my taking possession. More

One of the things I liked most is that he was not too pushy or salesy. I did not feel uncomfortable or any pressure to buy the car. A few things to note: Make sure you thoroughly check the car. My car was in great shape but didn't come with any car mats. It's not a big deal, but I prob would have asked if I noticed. If you have good credit, I would recommend checking your bank's financing. My bank's financing was a lot better than what Fafama could offer me and included the gap insurance. Overall Highly recommended. More
