Easy Purchase After doing my due diligence on cars.com and CarGurus, I found the vehicle I wanted at Fafama. Easy and Awesome! As a single-mom, working full-time, with three kids and a million places to go and things to do, to say I'm spread thin is an understatement. And I had known that I needed a new vehicle for a while but had been avoiding it because I really hate shopping in general - for anything, and shopping for a car is definitely my least favorite shopping of all. I never know who to trust, what's the best ideal, fancy talk from finance people all trying to talk me into spending more than I'm comfortable spending. I set out using the internet to search for affordable used SUVs with low miles and found a few. Made some calls to vet the details, even went to visit a dealership in Worcester, MA, then another in Seekonk, MA and later Marlborough, MA (I won't name names). Sadly it wasn't a great experience. They had some bait and switch sales thing going on and used scare tactics to try and steer me away from using my own bank for financing. My boyfriend was trying to help me out and he sent me a link to a car listed online at the Fafama dealership in Milford, MA. He said his mom bought her car there not that long ago and that their sales team was great and they are 100% about the customer. The car looked perfect - exactly what I wanted and easily $1K less than any other vehicle of that type, year, make, model and mileage. I used the web link to send a direct message that I was interested and within 10 minutes I had received an email from their internet sales operator to setup my appointment. Easy and so far so good. My boyfriend met me at the dealership the next day and we were greeted by Alex, very friendly and courteous with a nice handshake. He didn't exude any of those unattractive 'car sales guy' personality traits. He actually seemed genuinely excited to show me the car - I'm thinking wow, this guy loves his job. Haha. And I was excited too - I was tired from having considered other vehicles only to find out in the end the financing didn't meet my needs. He took a copy of my license and the keys my trade so he could do the evaluation and told me to take the car for a test drive with my boyfriend. Fun! We got back about 15 mins later and I knew I wanted to car. Alex brought me back to his desk and shared his findings on the trade and we talked some numbers. I explained that my bank already approved me for a loan and that I knew how much I could afford as a monthly payment and that his numbers didn't' work for me. He wasn't flustered at all - didn't take it personally or seem put out at all. He was very respectful and knew that I had a budget and he seemed determined to figure something out. He left me at his desk and went back to his finance team and after making some calls he came back to tell me that he got me a rate BETTER than my bank and showed me a number that worked. I was thrilled! We sealed the deal with a handshake and next thing I knew I was signing the papers and making plans to come back later that night to pick up my new car. Alex assured me the car would be freshly detailed and waiting for me. When I arrived to pick up Alex was smiling and had my keys in hand. We even had our picture taken standing next to the car before leaving - a nice touch to finalize the sale. :) I highly recommend this dealership and plan to use them for service as well. More

Straight forward I had been watching a specific car on Fafama’s website for a few weeks because I got in an accident where the car was a total loss. The day I got the money from car insurance, I gave them a call and told them which car I want. Already knew how I wanted to finance and drove the car off same day. Due to a misunderstanding within my own family, who came with me, Alex was asked to pull up a car for test drive that I had changed my mind about, and was very nice about the mix up. He had the car ready for test drive very quickly and the car was clean, even though we didn't have an appointment. When it came to the "negotiating," everything was very low pressure. We discussed my options, and Alex came back with numbers I was very happy with. In the meantime, a second bank had responded to the dealership's inquiry, and Alex came back to let me know they were able to get me a lower payment because of it. He was very transparent and honest. I was able to leave the dealership with my car, and Alex explained the process very clearly, from what he needed me to do to what I could expect from him and the dealership in the next few days, regarding my registration. Finally, the vehicle I came with, which I traded in, was a mess. It had been involved in an accident and not repaired yet, and had duct tape on the bumpers..... (Don't judge me.) I was embarrassed to be bringing it to a dealership even, but Alex was very professional, and did not make me feel at all uncomfortable. When he told me how much they were offering me for the car, I was shocked (it was higher than I expected), and he apologized for the number being so low and told me he'd tried to get a better offer for me. I'm very happy with my experience and I'm enjoying my new car! More
Good Expierience I am always very reluctant to shop for a new car , because of past experiences with "Most" car sales people, I've been buying cars for over 40 years I am always very reluctant to shop for a new car , because of past experiences with "Most" car sales people, I've been buying cars for over 40 years and most times I walk away with a bad taste in MY MOUTH!! . Much to my surprise when I walked into Fafama and was greeted by Alex , it turned into a much more of a pleasant experience. I had already looked on line for the car I wanted and the best price, and Alex was very helpful in my purchase. I didn't feel pressured and he answered my questions and the next I knew we had a deal. The only one issue I had with the dealership not "Alex" was not getting my registration as soon as I was told. This could be an issue with the Postal service ?
