I felt comfortable with her because she wasn't an aggressive sales person, she didn't call me 10 times or keep e-mailing me like other dealerships do. Jennifer set up an appointment for me to come in and I went to Fafma and met with Alex. Alex was great! He showed me the car I was interested in and broke down everything for me, he explained the process from start to finish for me and never once did I feel pressured to buy. Alex was so helpful, friendly, and easy going. I had to e-mail Alex my paperwork and he always responded right away, and if he wasn't in the office he gave me the name of his co-worker in his absence.
