Good Cars, No Sales Pressure, Good no haggle Price I had read the reviews for Fafama and couldn't believe what people were saying. There were many very positive reviews. We had also heard good things about Fafama from friends. In spite of my disbelief, our experience was fantastic. My wife, son, and I were looking for a car for my son. We were greeted by a sales rep named Vini. Vini is a delightful, very helpful, and knowledgeable rep. He listened to what we were looking for and quickly brought us to several cars that met our needs. The prices for the cars were consistent with Kelly Blue Book prices for those same cars with the same mileage. There was absolutely no sales pressure. The car we were interested in had a minor issue with one of the brakes. Vini had the service department take a look and it resulted in the brake being repaired (new calipers), completely addressing our concern prior to purchase. The sales closing produced no surprises (when does that happen?). Although they offered an extended warranty, we declined and that was the end of the discussion on warranties. The only figures on the purchase were the car, tax, title, tags, and a processing fee. Now the processing fee is clearly one place they are gaining profit and probably could be negotiated down. But even with this fee, the price for the car was well below any other used car dealer in the area. If I am ever looking for another used car, I will be going to Fafama. I like the process. We were treated with respect and came away feeling like we had purchase a car at a fair price without the usual pressures associated with car sales. More
