The dealership is clean, has a friendly staff and has coffee( plus in my book!). Max greeted us outside and helped us locate the exact vehicle we wanted. We took a test drive, chatted about price and traded in our vehicle. In addition to being easy to access outside of the dealership (he texts) Max is quick to respond. The truck is exactly what we were looking for and Max continues to be helpful and responsive even after we left the dealership. if you're looking for a used car, I strongly suggest the team at Fafama in Milford! ***ALL VEHICLES ARE FLEET/ENTERPRISE VEHICLES***BYER BEWARE! !!! If I could give no stars...I would! We meet with Alex to see a car that we saw online. We showed up, test drove the car, then sat down with Alex. !!! If I could give no stars...I would! We meet with Alex to see a car that we saw online. We showed up, test drove the car, then sat down with Alex. In the car while test driving it I asked for a car fax, was not shown one. Went in to talk about the car and the deal and requested a second time to see the car fax. It was not shown. I asked several times if this was a fleet vehicle/enterprise vehicle. Alex assured me that it was not, he stated that it was a one owner vehicle. There was one condition I would not buy this car, if it was a fleet!!! Alex assured that it was not and quickly showed my husband a paper that said it was a one owner. Come to find out, after recieving the title in the mail, it was in fact a fleet vehicle. Not to mention, this car is a lemon! It does not start up correctly and leaks into the floor of the car every time it rains. I talked with Bruno, who is the manager, he would not take the car back so now we’re going through the lemon law to get it refunded. Not to mention, his not so welcome abrasive attitude. You can tell how good a company is by how well they fix they’re problems. This company sucks!!! These guys are professional liers!!! Bruno states that almost all inventory comes from a fleet/enterprise. Save yourself the time and money and get the car from enterprise yourself or if you don’t want a fleet...DONT SHOP HERE!!! More
