Hello Cheryl, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Before and foremost we would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused. It is absolutely not our intentions. We stand behind each and every vehicle we sell. but we also offer the customer a free carfax for each customer and that is available online as well. We do not have to hide carfax from no one and that is why it's online for everyone to see, as we remember you did not ask for a carfax and if you did we would provide that to you with confidence. Before we put any car for sale we make sure that each car is up to standard with Massachusetts state warranty law, we have a full-service team who provided you the service needed. Also, we do not appreciate you coming to our store yelling in front of other customers and disrespecting the staff. We take our customers very seriously and we respect them all and we do appreciate respect back. We tried our best to communicate with you and assist you in every way possible but unfortunately, the disrespect from you was unacceptable that said we had to communicate with your husband which was more comfortable for all of us and we fixed whatever issue that was going on with your vehicle even after that you came here and left a bad review. Unfortunately, we cannot please everyone. whatever is bothering you feel free to contact us directly. As an honest and faithful company, our door is always open for your business and services. Looks Like Max is the star of the show over there. He’s been getting a ton of reviews lately. Trying to offset the score? Your dealership was not honest and that caused a lot of problems that we are still dealing with. You fixed the windshield to our vehicle and then both side pieces flew off, so now we have to go back to get them put back on the right way, which should have been done in the first place. Not only that, your dealership also gave us a loaner car that was leaking oil and over heated that you guys had to come and pick up, and according to you it broke down on the way back to your dealership. Look, I could go on and on. The fact of the matter is that you hid important information from us when we bought the vehicle. If I did not respond the way I did then you would still not have free carfax reports available online and you would still be avoiding to show the car fax report and be honest with your customers. I didn’t act the way I did for me, I did it for your customers. Thanks to me they can now have a more honest buying experience. Just for the record, I did not yell, I was watching Alex do the same thing to another couple that he did to us and just told them to go with their gut. I wish you guys the best of luck in your success. Sometimes it just takes that one person to make a difference.

Hello Cheryl Not sure exactly where you`re trying to go with you untruth accusation. What you did was uncalled for it and very very disrespectful on your part, Again even after all you show and disrespect with all our staff we did everything and even more to make you happy but unfortunately get to a point that no matter what you do you cant make a person happy, and that is your case. We never hidden a car fax for no one and always available for free in our website as we stated before the car-fax is nothing new its been there forever. Also to mentioned that we had multiple appointment to get your concerns addressed and you didn't show up or gave a courtesy call to let us know that you're not coming anymore. Yes your husband has reach out over to us and mentioned about this piece that suppose came off the car. We had made several appointments to address the issue and you never showed up for any of those appointments. Again we will have our door open here for you for all your needs and will stand behind our customers 100% as we been doing for 16+ years. Just so you know we are not perfect we are humans and we make mistakes, but as a honest company will sand behind our products and fix the mistakes to make everyone happy. Feel free to reach out over to our service dept so we can make another appointment to address you concern.
