There weren’t any in stock for what I was prepared to pay. Max suggested 3 other makes of cars in the right range. He also was kind and honest enough to steer me away from one which fit the criteria, but as he said was “not so good”. I appreciated that guidance! Ultimately, he helped me find a reliable pre-owned car in my price range. The whole experience was very comfortable...and productive!! More

Didn't even make it in to dealer, childish staff I showed interest in a vehicle online and was immediately contacted by Fafama to come in and take a look. I was excited and ready to go. Made a date for Saturday but could not make it because I had to work. Received a call today from Jennifer and our call was disconnected. Instead of her calling me back she sent me a rude text message saying that if I wasn't interested then that is all I have to say, I replied that I thought that she would call me back and her attitude and demeanor became one of a 4 year old child. Her personal attitude is not a reflection on the entire dealer. This dealer has lost my business and though this is a personal review on a certain individual It has lost the business of my family and friends as well. (Insert defensive comments from dealer here) More

Impeccable cars and great pricing I came to Fafama because they had a large array of vehicles online. I purchased a 2015 GMC Terrain and even the station that did my inspection couldn't help but to compliment what a beauty it is! The only negative experience would be that I got a little bit of a run around from their service department when I called to say a bulb needed to be replaced in my rear the day after my purchase was made. The woman I spoke with wanted me to get my car inspected, fail and then come in so they could fix it. After I spoke with Bruno he immediately resolved the misunderstanding and told me to bring it in for a bulb replacement asap. More
