Unsatisfactory service I am currently sitting in the service area at Fafama which is advertised to open at 8am and it is now 8:33 and i have not been helped by anyone. I arrived at 8:10 to find an ALL STAFF meeting taking place so there is no one available to help the customers. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have purchased my last 2 cars from Fafama but I will probably go elsewhere for my next car which will be purchased this spring for my daughter. This is not the first time that i have shown up at 8am for servicing and there was an ALL STAFF meeting taking place. There should never be a time when there is no one available not even a secretary or a sales person. If you advertised 8am you should be open to service customers at 8am and not after the ALL STAFF meeting has concluded. As a result of today's event I will not be servicing any more of my vehicles here at Fafama. I will probably go to DCH Toyota in the future. As a result of not getting serviced on time i have now had to ask my boss if I can reschedule a meeting because of this situation.will wait to send this review until after I speak with some so that I will know the time....the meeting adjourned at 9:11am The receptionist was rude at the conclusion of the meeting. More

Great first time buyer experience I had never bought a car before and was very nervous about the whole process. Vinny was extremely helpful and extremely friendly, and walked me through all the steps and was extremely professional throughout. I couldn't drive off with the car the day of purchase because it didn't have a plate and it was a weekend, so I had to come back on a Monday. Monday morning at exactly 9am when the place opened I received a text about my car and we had a brief back and forth before he told me I was all set to come pick up the car at my leisure. I showed up in the afternoon and the car was all ready to go, he even got up briefly from a conversation with another customer to shake my hand and get me the keys, I drove off about 10 minutes after arriving. Absolutely worth the 90 minute trek from my house for the right car at the right price and an amazing experience. Would recommend to anyone buying a used car More

New customer to this dealership I gave a large cash down payment in order to somewhat reduce the monthly payments. Fafama arranged financing but I found out right after I drove the car off the lot that they had submitted my finance application to 6 different banks and my credit score declined by 60 points due to the numerous inquiries. Also the very next day I went to obtain my MA inspection sticker and the garage showed me the front tires were literally bald on a nearly new car with 19,000 miles on it could not pass inspection. I had to purchase 2 brand new front tires for $500 in order to pass the MA inspection and to add insult to injury, had to get the front end aligned. DO NOT Purchase an automobile from Fafama!!!! More
