Horrible return policy No pressure, I took my time to pick the car. Vinny is great. The problems started when I decided there are some things I don’t like about my new car. The speakers in my Kia Sportage 2017 for 17K were horrible, bothered my ears and simply were cheap even though the car ad on their website said premium sound. I agree, that’s my fault, but when we called them about our options we were shocked. Return policy within a day we picked it up would be brutal. We would lose 5k if we traded the car in next day after we picked it up. This is the second car I bought from them and my last. For picky buyers who can’t make us their mind and want to test car for a couple of days not the best place to shop. Also, limited selection since the dealership is on a smaller side. More
