Had the car 7 months now & this is my 3rd times going back f I bought a 2014 Chevy impala from fafama in February n every 2 months I have to go back to fafama because of issues with the car so I've had to go ba I bought a 2014 Chevy impala from fafama in February n every 2 months I have to go back to fafama because of issues with the car so I've had to go back to them a total of 3 times for 3 different issues with the car. When I bought the car I also spent another $1,800 to purchase the Diamond warranty which covers my engine n transmission for 5 years. After the first 2months I had problems with the front rocker arm in which them replaced free of cost. 4 after having d car I had what looked like electrical problems when I went to fafama it turned out to be a bad battery so I had to purchase a new battery out out pocket . 6 months after having the car now my check engine light is on so I carried it back to a local mechanic. After running a diagnosis the mechanic said it was my in-take solenoid in the engine needed to be replaced . Because I had purchased the Diamond warranty from fafama I decided to drive back to Milford . After fafama ran they're test they said it wasn't it was minor issue but it was supposed to be fixed however I knew it was more serious because I had been to a reputable mechanic. Once I left fafama n got back on the highway my engine light came back on. The following day I carried the car back to Milford only to be told what my mechanic and I already knew. They then said it was the intake solinoid needs to be replaced n it would cost me around $250 to fix it . Remember now I purchased the Diamond warranty 6 months ago which covers my engine and transmission for 5 years. After a going back and forth they told me they will order the part n I would need to pay the $80 n they would do the labor free of cost . Every week since then I call to see if the part has arrived . One month later I'm still waiting n according to fafama as of this morning n I quote " the Chevy dealership said the intake is in back order n 4,000 people are also waiting on the same part". I then spoke to the manager a guy named Bruno who told me there's nothing he could do n if he did anything for me it would be a favor n I need to go look up lemon law. someone gets a car n every 2 months u have to drive a hour to Milford for different issues with a car u only had 6 months sounds like u got a lemon. When my husband n I got the car we gave them cash they did not do us any favor. We've been nothing but patience but so we're just going to go to a lawyer n see what can be done. #nolosses #nofavors More

First time buying a car Coming into this dealership I knew exactly what I wanted. When I got to the dealership my car was right out front. My dad and I got out and looked at the entire car and even checked the engine and oil. No one had come up to us right away which was nice because we got to look at it for a few minutes. As we were walking inside Marcelo greeted both my dad and I. He was very friendly. We asked him if we could take the car for a test drive and we did. When we came back I already knew I was going to buy this car. What was nice about this experience was that it only took about an hour at the dealership. I only had to go to the dealership twice once to buy the car and the second time to pick it up. It was easy, affordable, and an amazing first time experience. I would definitely go back!
