My husband and I were in the market for new cars. We hadn’t planned to replace both of our vehicles but unfortunately with winter coming, we needed to do so. My husband went to another local car dealership but after reading bad reviews on that dealership, I refused to spend my money there. I decided to go to Fafama after reading hours of reviews and talked to several local people. We went the next day with our 8 month old baby to take a look at their Kia Sorento inventory and we were instantly greeted and shown into their building, offered coffee or water and felt welcome. Max pulled up one of the KIA’s and we took it for a test drive. There was another one on their website but was out for service. Max offered to bring it to our home (we live locally) so we could see it so we wouldn’t have to bring our baby out in the cold again. He went above and beyond! They gave us a fair trade for my 2007 explorer and were very easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. Max told us he would call us with an update at the end of the day to let us know when the car would be ready for pick up and we heard from him promptly when he said he would contact us. The day we went to pick up the car we test drove it again and it was spotless. They got us right in and out and driving no problem. Max called me as soon as my registration was ready and followed up 24 hours later to see how we were liking our new car. Happy to give our money to a small dealership who actually seems to care. We can’t say the same for the dealership my husband ended up purchasing from. More

My experience was great, as soon as I walked up to the door I was greeted. Max took me right over and showed me options for exactly what I was looking for. I recently purchased a 2016 Jeep Compass from them and it was not until 3 days after I picked up the car I was informed it is not 4-wheel drive, after being told during the purchasing process the vehicle was 4WD. LIES. Upon finding out this information I made my way back to the dealership to in attempt to resolve this issue and I was told there is nothing they can do and there is no buyback policy after purchasing like many dealerships have. Overall rather disappointed in this dealership who claims they are “Guided by God” yet lie to a customer and then tell the truth after they have their money. More
