Creating the appointment was quick and easy, and when we arrived at the dealership, we were test driving within minutes. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, everyone respecting safe social distancing guidelines and wearing masks. After our test drive, we had a bunch of questions about the vehicle. Max was extremely helpful in answering our questions, and provided a lot of great information and recommendations! We left the dealership to "sleep on it", and Max provided contact information so that we could text him with our next steps. The next day, we did text Max that we wanted to move forward with purchasing! We set up a time to come by and complete the transaction. Max gave us all the information we needed to come to the next session prepared and informed. Financing and closing the paperwork went quickly and smoothly! Car came with interior lights not working and the visor lights whole fixture was missing on both sides very disappointed. Asked for new good tires on the car and I got some knock off brand tires driving on lights whole fixture was missing on both sides very disappointed.
