My sales rep Bruno was very friendly and polite throughout the process, and I liked that they allow for test drives on my own without anyone from the dealership tagging along. I was able to get a fair price based on cars.com average value and I really love the car. My negative is that they did not do their due diligence in prepping the car. One of the tires was so low, it had to be filled for the test drive, and within 24 hours after purchase the tire pressure light was already on. I had my local tire place examine, and they said tire was unrepairable along with other front tire needing replacement. I went back to Fafama and they replaced them under their warranty, but it should have been done in the first place as they knew there was a problem. I also wasted 3.5 hours waiting for the replacement. More
