Hello David, we value each customer's opinion, please know it is never our goal to deceive our customers in any way. Just to be clear, you are the one who does not want to bring the vehicle to us. We tried to get in touch with you several times to find out what was the issue with your wife's vehicle, but you never even answered us. The vehicle is covered under three different warranties, Our dealer warranty, Manufactures warranty, and an Extended warranty. We have absolutely no reason to not want to solve whatever issue the vehicle might have. One of the heads of our company called your wife, which under contract is the owner of the vehicle and she also did not understand why you are not answering or not willing to bring your vehicle here, for a service you won't even be charged for. It would be one thing if we were refusing any type of service to you, but the fact is, you won't even answer our calls or bring the vehicle to our service department to have it looked at. Hello Thomas! We value every customer's opinion, our goal is always to satisfy our customer's needs in the best way we can. Since the day you purchased the vehicle, you have been telling our staff that you had buyer's remorse, and no longer wanted to keep the vehicle. In the first couple of months following the day of your purchase, you had brought your vehicle here a few times saying it had issues, we had our team look at your vehicle on multiple occasions trying to find out what was wrong with it but we were unable to find any issues. Even when your dealer warranty had expired, we still looked at your vehicle free of charge. There's not a single reason why we would hide any issues that your vehicle might have had. As a certified shop, we have legal obligations we have to comply with, and also, why would we hide a service we get paid to do by the warranty companies? Unfortunately, after 12 months, we have no way to know how you have been using the vehicle, how many miles it was driven during that time period, such things could affect the transmission of your vehicle. It came to our attention that the Extended Warranty company did offer you a transmission replacement, but you refused it. If you need further assistance, as always, we will be glad to assist you.

First, I did not have buyers remorse until several months after my purchase. I have used my vehicle as normal driver would. I did have to replace both outer tie rods as they were completely cracked. I had to replace the front brakes and the front right caliper was missing a caliper bolt, so the caliper was hanging with about a third of the pad in contact with the rotor. I remember specifically asking for new brakes to put on the car as a part of the purchase agreement, Come to find out the windshield wipers would not flip out. They became caught on the hood. THis make me wonder if the car was in a front end collision of some sort. This was from day one, as the wipers removed the paint from the edge of the hood. I remember because I asked for the this area to be touched up with paint. This was done, but when I went to extend my wipers during a snow storm, I was not able to fully extend them. The warranty company never offered me a new transmission. No person in their right mind would refuse a new part over a used part. That is a flat out lie on your part. I had to fight with the warranty company to gain coverage. My car was in the shop for almost 4 weeks. No rental car support was approved. Finally, the selling of my warranty to another warranty company without notifing me is legal. I must be notified within 30 days of the sale of the agreement. This allows me the opportunity to review and sign or reject. The new company's warranty was different than the one you sold me. This is the reason I was able to gain the coverage I need to repair the 3 major issues with the car. They new I was right and that not notifing me was fraudlent. I need no further assistance from you or your business. I am sure anything that comes from you is less than truthful
