Unfortunately I don't recommend any purchase at this location. My wife just bought a vehicle there. A car q in 2 days of use the car has a bad transmission. Imagine if it was!!! He was scheduled to do an overhaul where the car came back worse and surprisingly wrong diagnosis.!!! To sell you, they treat you very well. But the lousy support!!! I'm posting this with print to put in bazaars across Massachusetts! So that no one enters this hole!!! More

I purchased ‘14 Nissan Rogue 6/2/2020 from Fafma Auto Sale (FAS), Purchased warranty from Diamond Wnty Corp (DW) for $1,595. 12 mons late a nice guy. I purchased ‘14 Nissan Rogue 6/2/2020 from Fafma Auto Sale (FAS), Purchased warranty from Diamond Wnty Corp (DW) for $1,595. 12 mons later found that I don’t have Diamond Wnty. Called FAS, I was told Wnty purchased by NPV Direct LLC. Different Wnty and I was not notified of purchase. NPV Wnty, Sec 12A: Acknowledge that by signing Service Contract Application, vehicle is in good working order at time of sale. Didn’t sign NPV Wnty, not applicable. I wouldn’t have signed per sec-12A. I took my car to FAS @ least 3X in 1st 3 mons for Trans issue: FAS stated nothing wrong. Spoke to GM (Bruno) @ FAS 2 wks ago who agreed Nissan has issues w/ Trans, even at the time of sale. Per FAS service reports, didn’t examine Transmission because they said that vibration is normal. 12 mons later, I took to Nissan Service (same issue) they examined Trans. found metal in Trans fluid; diagnosis is to replaced Trans. FAS would’ve found if evaluated Trans. I believe FAS knowingly sold me damaged vehicle & a worthless warranty. Of the 3 things Nissan service found (leaking transfer case, bad valve cover, and shot transmission) the NPV warranty will only cover less than half of the transmission work. Do not buy an extended warranty from NPV. I have no idea if Diamond would have covered this or not. Do not trust what anyone at FAS says. They say only what you want to hear. Read everything, I mean everything. Do not allow them to rush you. I am suspect of all the positive reviews they have received...be sure you read all the reveiws. Also, I wanted to speak with the owner, Fabio, but Bruno would not let me. More

Used car dealerships can be a bit of a hit or miss but they definitely hold themselves to a higher standard than you person and via email or phone. Max helped me get my new Toyota from their lot to my driveway in no time. It was ready to test drive when I got there, all my questions were answered immediately, with the only reasoning behind not gett driveway in no time. It was ready to test drive when I got there, all my questions were answered immediately, with the only reasoning behind not getting my car same-day being that I showed up after the state registration time. This next morning I walked in and drove off in less than 10 minutes, with information on the small repairs needed for my car which will be serviced in less than a week. Overall great service, very happy with my new car. More
