Hello David, we value each customer's opinion, please know it is never our goal to deceive our customers in any way. Just to be clear, you are the one who does not want to bring the vehicle to us. We tried to get in touch with you several times to find out what was the issue with your wife's vehicle, but you never even answered us. The vehicle is covered under three different warranties, Our dealer warranty, Manufactures warranty, and an Extended warranty. We have absolutely no reason to not want to solve whatever issue the vehicle might have. One of the heads of our company called your wife, which under contract is the owner of the vehicle and she also did not understand why you are not answering or not willing to bring your vehicle here, for a service you won't even be charged for. It would be one thing if we were refusing any type of service to you, but the fact is, you won't even answer our calls or bring the vehicle to our service department to have it looked at.
