Customer service was too busy I should've known when I first walked in they looked swamped! I stood there for at least 10 minutes before anyone asked if I needed help. They had 3 girls working behind the counter, all which appeared to be busy but didn't have a single customer in front of them. So I came in for a simple oil change/tire rotation, something that should've taken less than an hour took 2 hours. I realized how long I was waiting so decided to go up to the customer service counter to ask how much longer - I look outside and my car was just sitting there, obviously the oil change/tire rotation was completed but nobody came to get me. I stood and waited at least 10 minutes before anyone could help me. Just poor customer service, I come from a big city/town so we truly can get oil changes done within 20 minutes - they have an oil change express lane - maybe the dealership should think about doing something like that if they want to keep or get new business. The only reason I choose that dealership is because I pre-paid for my oil changes thru the MoPar waranty hopefully I can find another Jeep dealership that I can go too next time! More

Irritated First scheduled an appointment for a recall issue. When I went in for the appointment they forgot to order the part, so I had to return the next day. First scheduled an appointment for a recall issue. When I went in for the appointment they forgot to order the part, so I had to return the next day. I requested that a multi-point inspection be completed while my vehicle was being fixed. When they finished fixing the recall I asked how the inspection went and they forgot to do it. Instead of conducting the full inspection, they did a quick walk around the vehicle and checked the tires. Nothing else! And I watched this happen. I just purchased this vehicle and was hoping to get the transmission, transfer case and differentials check at the least, but instead, they just signed off an inspection sheet without even completing an inspection. Now I will have to take the Jeep elsewhere that will actually complete an inspection. Won’t be returning. More

Will not have service again My repairs started on Sept 5th (not repaired correctly). Went back 2 days later and still not repaired correctly.
