My family worked with FOX for months for a minivan. We finally got word one was available, hurried down to place a deposit, and waited for an additional month. Finally got word that it was scheduled to We finally got word one was available, hurried down to place a deposit, and waited for an additional month. Finally got word that it was scheduled to arrive at the same time my family came down with Covid. We were told not to worry and that FOX would hold until we could come in over the weekend or the following week. Next thing we knew, FOX sold the minivan during the time they said would hold even though we had a deposit on it! We spoke to the assistant manager of FOX who was extremely rude and dismissive and would not even let us finish a sentence. This manager did not hear our concerns and was ingenious to the entire situation, as it was his call to sell our minivan. This managers solution was to order us another minivan so we could wait an additional month. We asked to speak with the GM and was told he would give us a call. We have not heard anything and have not been able to get through ourselves. Moral of the story, don’t trust FOX Toyota with your business and be aware that they don’t honor a down deposit. More
