Most Dishonest Dealership I have ever experienced. Do not trust these people... They don't honor their agreements. I specifically asked him not to run my credit until we had a deal. We could not come to a deal, and after I left the lot, they ran a hard credit anyway. I believe it was to be vindictive. There is no reason to run a credit score if you are not moving forward with a purchase of a car. When I call them about it he said, they are required to run your credit every time you your information is entered as lead into their computer. They further said they would write a letter to TransUnion to have it removed. They did not! Stay away from these jerks. They lie! More
