I started the process of looking for a new work/delivery van back in July, 2012. Chevy, Ford and Mercedes were contenders. I was impressed with the specs on the new Nissan NV high roof and test drove van back in July, 2012. Chevy, Ford and Mercedes were contenders. I was impressed with the specs on the new Nissan NV high roof and test drove at Exton Nissan. It has the feel of a van with the benefits of a box truck. Being almost 6'2', not bending over while in the back was a plus. Having owned a few Nissan's in the past I knew I would have a quality truck. I visited the dealership four times including signing the paperwork in December, 2012. I am known to take my time especially when it comes to major purchases. I dealt with Lincoln Oberholtzer from Exton Nissan. My experience was quite good in my dealings with him. Over five month in which I was not a serious buyer until December, he kept in contact, but was not overbearing in his approach. I also did not price shop at another Nissan dealership. I had made up my mind that if I ended up buying an Nissan NV, it would be from Lincoln. A tour of the facilities seems to show a clean and organized shop. We will see how I am treated at my first service appointment. I believe I was treated fairly and in my mind negotiated a good price for the NV. More

Wasn't looking for a Z but the price was right and the sales person, Mel, is great. Mel is knowledgeable, courteous, and just fun to talk to. Would highly recommend her and the dealership as it seems th sales person, Mel, is great. Mel is knowledgeable, courteous, and just fun to talk to. I was not optimistic that I would be able to get a car that I could afford and let alone actually be excited to drive. Upon being introduced to Melanie Wishiewski, I was a bit skeptical that this young, pretty girl was going to be able to remedy my situation. When I sat down with her to review my wants and needs in a vehicle, she began flooding me with all kinds of facts that instantly put me at ease, she clearly knew her way around a car. I shared with her the exact details of what I wanted and what I was able to afford each month and she never once looked at me like I was crazy or spoiled, which my last sales rep had the audacity to call me. After test driving a few vehicles, I fell in love with a fully loaded 2012 Rouge SV that I told her I desperately wanted. After some quick and painless number crunching, she was able to get me into my dream car just under budget and hand me the keys to my brand new car that same day! If I wanted a song and dance, I would have headed to the theater…Mel recognized that right away and did not try and give me any type of run around. This is the 3rd car that I have purchased on my own and I must say it was by far the best experience I have had to date. If anyone is looking for a new set of wheels, head on over to Nissan of Exton and ask Melanie Wishiewski; I swear she will not steer you wrong!!!! More
The buying experience at Exton Nissan is top notch. This is my second time buying a new car with Exton Nissan, not to mention the mutliple vehicles my family members have purchased through this dealership o is my second time buying a new car with Exton Nissan, not to mention the mutliple vehicles my family members have purchased through this dealership over the years. The customer service we receive from the Exton Nissan team is always commendable, whether it be service your vehicle or to purchase a new or used car. Mel is an awesome salesperson, as she is very knowledgeable and thorough throughout the entire shopping and buying experience. She is always willing to tend to your specific needs as a customer. I would recommend Exton Nissan to anyone who lives in and around the Philadelphia area. More

Highly unprofessional and liars!! They don't honor their own commitments and have no respect for others time. Our main contact points were Bobby and Sam and we hope they don't dupe more people with their wa own commitments and have no respect for others time. There are better dealerships that are more upfront and clear about their policies please avoid this dealership and sales people. More
I found myself yesterday in need of a new car. The timing-belt on my old car broke and my mechanic told me It was not worth it to fix it. I wanted a used SUV that was a manual, which if you have ever looked for this its nearly impossible. I did some research on line and found a car that i thought would be perfect. I stopped into Exton Nissan and i was greeted by Ken as soon as I walked in the door. I told him what i was interested in and he asked me some questions about my old car and what my lifestyle was so he could make sure I was getting the right car. The car I thought I wanted was at another dealership and he told me that he would go and get it for me that day. He told me that since my old SUV, that I had for 13 years, was an Xterra that I probably would not like the car i was requesting. I decided to leave the dealership and look what else was available locally. Ken was gracious about me leaving gave me his card and asked me to come back if I decide to see any of the cars I we talked about. I looked at a few other dealers and i kept thinking how impressed I was with the service at Exton. I was also thankful they were not pushy. So i went back. I decide to look at the Xterra. I test drove it and fell in love with it. The only problem was that it was new. Im a single parent and never thought i could ever afford a new car. Ken George and John Lasala went to bat for and found a way for me to afford this car. I drove away that afternoon in my bran new SUV that was a 6 speed manual...just what I wanted with the payments that were a little more then i wanted to spend but they were payments I could afford. Thank you so much Ken and John!!!!! I love my new SUV!!!!! More

Even though we didnt purchase the used Wrangler my wife and I were every impress with Melony. She listed out our decision criteria for our nextbest value and compared that to the Jeep on your lot. This is an excellent sales approach providing the important things to the buyer and helps the seller match up the options. She was very professional but unfortunately we made the decision to buy the other Jeep. Our primary reason was the fax it was a newer jeep and options meet our needs. While price is a big item it wasn't the deal breaker for us. I would recommend giving the dealership, Melony, and he sales team a shot! More
