Go to another Nissan dealership. Do not come here for service or are expecting the dealership to treat you as anything other than a nuisance after you've purchased your car. I've routinely made appointments for service only to find myself waiting absurd lengths of time to have it performed. Once for a state inspection, emissions test, oil change and to plug a hole in a tire: - Arrived at 7:45AM for an 8AM appointment. - Didn't hear anything until 10:15 AM - over two hours later. - Declined any repairs, which weren't needed to pass, so it would only be an oil change and to plug the tire. - Did not leave until almost 11:30. What are these appointments for if I'm waiting 3 and a half hours almost for something that should be done in less than an hour? Also on this same trip they supposedly changed the battery in my remote starter. 6 dollar charge. What do you know? Car is still telling me the battery is low and sometimes doesn't remote start. Email to Chuck DeSantis, General Sales Manager, was not answered. Email to Bob Inglido was answered and a free oil change was offered. I appreciate the apology and offer for an oil change from Bob but I'd rather just take the refund. No further contact from Exton Nissan after that - over a month and a half ago. Less than 3 years in the car needed a new alternator. No charge except the 30 dollars for a rental if I wanted to work that day. Will not be back to purchase or for service. The Altima was fine and is a good car. More
GREAT experience with Elizabeth Erickson!!! We had less than 48 hours to purchase a vehicle. Our daughter was moving out of state. We gave Elizabeth our budget and time frame. Within 2 hours she found several vehicles for Rebecca to test drive. Elizabeth was very organized, honest and had all details for us to view. Including car fax and repair information. We purchased a pre-owned Nissan Rogue. While we did not need all the bells and whistles the Rogue far exceeded our expectations. Elizabeth's friendly and honest manner was five star plus. We felt very comfortable purchasing the Rogue for our daughter. More

Caitlin's explanation of the features of my vehicle at the time of delivery was extremely through, making sure my wife and I understood every feature. She paired both our phones and made sure they were working with the Bluetooth before we left. She gave me a tour of the entire dealership and scheduled my first service. Dishonest Purchased 3 cars all together from this location. The latest car we purchased was a pre-owned Nissan Rouge. While talking to the salesman, Sam, I told Purchased 3 cars all together from this location. The latest car we purchased was a pre-owned Nissan Rouge. While talking to the salesman, Sam, I told him it needed to have bluetooth. He brought a car up and told me it had bluetooth. Once we finished all of the paperwork and we got in the car I asked to have the bluetooth synced to my wife's phone. Turns out there was no bluetooth. He promised they would install one for us. 6 months later, still no bluetooth. That doesn't even xxxx me off as much as the other thing Sam and others LIED to me about. While test driving the car I noticed the brakes felt weird, as if they were warped. I addressed this with Sam and he said he would have someone check it out after the test drive was over. I was told that the brakes are fine and they went through Nissan's rigorous inspection process., but that they might feel weird because the car has been on the lot sitting for some time. Fast forward 5 months later and I just spent over $1000 to replace all rotors and brakes and was told by the mechanic that this is something that the dealership clearly lied about. There was signs that the rotors were previously shaved multiple times, which is why there was the "shaky" feeling when braking. I won't ever buy another car from here, nor should you. They are dishonest. More

Outstanding Customer Service My son and I spent our Saturday at this dealership, and overall had a pleasant experience. Peps was our salesperson, and helped us with a great deal. She continued the professional and helpful customer service from email in person when I met her. We went over the exact model car that I wanted and she clearly explained several things that I had questions about. At no point did I feel pressured, and in fact she displayed great patience and created a very relaxed atmosphere for me to learn about the car and become sure of my purchase. When it came to talk price, of course the process involved the sales manager as expected in about any dealership. Chuck DeSantis, joined us and was also very professional, yet down to earth, as we talked and reached a mutually agreeable price. A couple of days later I arrived to pick up the new car and trade the old one in. During a test drive, I felt a vibration. Caitlin reacted to my concern by facilitating the service department's involvement. They test drove it to confirm the issue, then returned to road force balance all four wheels. After they test drove it again to confirm the problem was fixed, we quickly closed the deal. I have been involved in many car buying experiences, and can honestly say that this was the best one so far. More
