First off, the car I originally went to test drive was sold by the time I got there. By the time I looked at another vehicle, it was time for Monday night football. I was bummed that I was missing the game also but I would not rush customers through the process of buying their first car just to get home to watch the game! The inspection and emissions runs out in a month, did not fill gas tank as they offered, almost all the paperwork I was shown and given copies off...only left with 6 pages, and did not receive a receipt for the cash I put down on the car! On top of that, the same salesman that was "helping" us was talking xxxx about another customer to us which I thought very inappropriate! More

Service is great but new chairs in the waiting room are very uncomfortable. Chairs are too low and too deep. I had to take a seat cushion from an unused chair to use as a back rest on the chair I was usi very uncomfortable. Chairs are too low and too deep. I had to take a seat cushion from an unused chair to use as a back rest on the chair I was using. This made my chair more suitable. All the chairs should have extra seat and back cushions to make them more suitable for sitting especially when you are waiting an hour or two for your car . More
