POOR SERVICE EXPERIENCE!! On June 22nd I took “my” Nissan Pathfinder (it’s actually a lease, so I do not own the car and I’ll not buy in the end of the lease) for a check due t On June 22nd I took “my” Nissan Pathfinder (it’s actually a lease, so I do not own the car and I’ll not buy in the end of the lease) for a check due to a safety issue on the brakes and accelerator. I came back to Exton Nissan after 1 1/2 years because last time I was there I was disappointed. Well, today experience reminded me why I didn’t come back before. The issue I had with the car lately was the exact same I had the last time I was there. The previous visit took the service department more than an hour to just find out what the problem was and more than a day to fix it. Although I was disappointed about the time frame the dealership attempted to correct the issue and I was happy that finally my problem was over...until the very next day when we found out that the issue was still there. I made several calls and an appointment to finally fix the our leased car but again the problem was never truly fixed as the brakes and accelerator would sometimes work and then not. Then a few weeks ago when we experienced the same exact problem the car but it would not resolve and got worse. We were able to bring it in today and after hearing multiple times that at this time my car ( which again is a 3 yr lease) was out of warranty and I had to pay to fix it. After “arguing” with the service technicians pointing out that the issue was the same and I thought it would be under warranty I agreed to let them check the car out and give me a price to fix it. I understand that “things” break and a payment is needed to correct the issue. After waiting 45-60 mins for a diagnosis and afternwriting a review online (in which I gave a 1 Star review) as I was rightly frustrated, the service tech then communicated to me that unfortunately I had to bring back the car next Monday since a part (which should have been replaced on our last visit but was not, as the techs then told us it was a computer issue) was not working and would not be available immediately and that it could be fixed on Monday. I was then at least pleased that the problem would then be fixed and planned to follow up with my review after the service was completed on Monday. However, 2 hours later I received a phone call from Exton Nissan’s manager Jeff who rudely and aggressively asked why I would give them star review online. After trying to explain to Jeff (the manager of Exton Nissan) multiple times the reason of my disappointment he closed the conversation with: “SINCE YOU GAVE ME A 1 STAR REVIEW, YOU GET YOUR ~explicit language was used~ CAR AND TAKE IT TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP TO GET IT FIXED” and hung up on me. I sincerely am not lying or embellishing the events that transpired. I am truly shocked and disgusted by what occurred. In addition my wife heard Jeff yelling at me on the phone even though it was not on speaker mode. I was frustrated with the service provided, but I never cursed or yelled to anyone at dealership or when talking with Jeff. I have since reached out to NISSAN USA...and also I found out, by reading a lot of the reviews on google, that I wasn’t the first “victim” of Jeff’s poor business behavior. As all the Nissan dealerships around my area are owned by the same company I’ll never, EVER buy or lease a Nissan or any brand connected to it again and unfortunately I will not recommend it to anyone. Last thing, I do appreciate the service department trying to rectify the problem today and I was planning to post an update after the service scheduled on Monday was completed. However, after receiving the nasty call from Jeff the manager I have confirmed and feel justified about what I wrote this morning on the original review. I have purchased/leased 4 vehicles from Exton Nissan during the last 6-7 years and will never do so again. You have lost a loyal customer. Thank you for asking about my experience and I hope it will provide insight as to how Exton Nissan is poorly serving its’ loyal customers. Jaco PS: by the way, Nissan replied on my google review writing” we are sorry to hear about your bad experience (...) please give us a call back so we can help (...)”, well, I called them back and I got yelled from the secretary Bet this time. It’s all a big lie!!! I’ll keep writing review on them and make sure people know what scam all this is. More

Have an on going problem with the radio Had a problem with the rear air pump. Compressor had to be replace now my Armada is not lower in the rear .
