No hassle service. Stopped in to check out the 2018 Maxima. They had the models I was interested in so we were able to test drive and come to a decision. I ask them to email me their best quotes, which came through later that day. We we’re pleased with the quote but asked if they could throw in a spoiler. They said they would pay half. I think they could have paid all but I am not an unreasonable, assertive person so I settled on the half and was happy. Less then a week later they called me to have the spoiler installed and it was done in less then 15 mins by a very nice man who really knew what he was doing. We had no hope that we would ever find an affordable car in that lot. The sales team got together and seeked every financial venue for my family. I test drove some cars, Well they made it possible for me to drive away with my new car that day. It was a wonderful experience to feel that my needs were acknowledged and met. Yes it is not easy bringing a over heated restless 8 year old to purchase a car. Most caring and loyal to their word. "You got your life back" I did except their warranty plan ( as is car) and declined their insurance planned because they honestly told me that my plan was a better rate then what was offered by them.
