Disappointing After troubleshooting a noise my 2012 Xterra was making in the front RH wheel area. They replaced the wheel bearing. That did not fix the problem. The After troubleshooting a noise my 2012 Xterra was making in the front RH wheel area. They replaced the wheel bearing. That did not fix the problem. They then wanted to disconnect or remove a part (I think they called it front differential) for further troubleshooting. I agreed. But it had to wait until the next day. That evening I called and insisted on going on any test drive after they disconnected any part. The service person on the phone seemed insulted. The next day when I came in I was informed after discussions with the mechanic and service manager they didn't want to WASTE MY MONEY in the event it doesn't fix or solve the problem. After briefly complaining I paid my bill for the bearing change (that didn't fix the problem)and left. More

Worst dealership in Philly area This place cares about separating you from your money! There are too many horror stories to tell over the last 3 years but this one always gets me... This place cares about separating you from your money! There are too many horror stories to tell over the last 3 years but this one always gets me... I have no idea who the sales person was because the turnover there is overwhelming but we will call him Richard. After we had to bypass Richard to complete the deal because he couldn’t figure out how to spell car let alone sell one, Richard spent the next two weeks texting my wife asking why we haven’t filled out the survey. As my wife explained to Richard, probably not a good thing for you if I do fill it out. Richard then let my wife know that by not filling out the survey would keep him from getting his commission. Well it’s not our job to figure out how you get paid. In fact if we didn’t rate him 5 stars on all categories, he would not get paid. My reply was take it up to your boss. This continued until I filled a complaint with Nissan if America, their response was... “not again” oh and by the way... look up class action lawsuits on Nissan vehicles., you’ll think twice before buying one. You are nothing but a dollar sign to them so buyer beware. I’ll ride in a horse and buggy before I set foot on Exton Nissans lot ever again. My guess is that this review will not stay up for very long More
