Matt was patient and offered suugestions that make it easy for me to come to a decision I was pleased with the service I received from Matt and Sean. Matt was patient and offered suugestions that make it easy for me to come to a decision on purchasing my vehicle.. Sean was great in negotiating the best financing deal possible for me. He took the time to throughly explain all aspects of the financial end of the purchase. Both Sean and Matt made the car buying process the easiest experience that I never had and I would reccomend them to anyone. We have TWINS !! I went in to help a close friend/relative look into the terms of her lease with the possibility of trading up to a newer model (we LOVE the Rogues fie I went in to help a close friend/relative look into the terms of her lease with the possibility of trading up to a newer model (we LOVE the Rogues fiercely!). We returned to the desk of the young lady who initially put us into the first lease "just to ask a few questions". The conversation resulted in us BOTH leasing a 2019 Rogue (twins!). The way Jessica B. treated my (twenty-years-my-senior) counterpart made a big impression. She listened patiently, answered all questions in an understandable manner, and checked details about anything she was unsure of with her colleagues rather than making assumptions or guessing. The way this crew in Exton works together is commendable. All helping one another without hesitation. We felt as though we were given royal treatment. No sense wondering where we'll be in three years; we'll be in Exton, with Jessica, trading our cars for a pair of 2022's!! More

GREAT JOB ALL AROUD Only Neg feedback I purchased my car there you guys say FREE state But for both Stickers it’s $70 Else where both stickers ranges from $39-$49 max So that’s not good service at all More

HORRIBLE Sales: 2 horribly dishonest sales experiences over the years. Service: I brought my Pathfinder in, that I purchased from their Bush dea Sales: 2 horribly dishonest sales experiences over the years. Service: I brought my Pathfinder in, that I purchased from their Bush dealership on 422 in limerick. I was worried about a very loud noise that I thought was a wheel bearing or some other mechanical problem in the drive train or suspension. I was told I needed four new tires. I said I couldn't believe that uneven treadwear could possibly make such an aggressive loud noise. They sent a tech out to ride with me in the car. I pointed out the very obvious loud noise and was assured It was just really bad tires. I bought four new tires. I had them mounted, balanced, and a four-wheel alignment at another shop. They road tested my car after they completed the work. They called me and told me I HAD A BAD WHEEL BEARING!!! And that I probably had a good 6 months left on the tires I had just replaced! They said they were" amazed that I could drive the car and not hear that horrible noise". Everyone could hear that noise! Exton Nissan assured may it was uneven treadwear. I returned to Exton Nissan. They checked it out and confirmed that I had a bad wheel bearing. They tried to tell me that the sound of the uneven treadwear had camouflaged the sound of the bad wheel bearing. EVERYONE including family and friends could hear the bad wheel bearing.(Also, you diagnosed a bad wheel bearing with a stethoscope on a lift so the tread is not touching anything to make any noise) Their price to make the repair was dramatically higher than the other shop. Given the situation and all the time, hassle, driving and money I had already wasted. I asked if they could work with me a little on the price. They said "no". Then they CHARGED ME A $135 DIAGNOSTIC FEE!!! Which, given the situation, I asked them to wave. They said no. But, it would be deducted from the price of the repair. Which still didn't get it close to the price quoted by the other shop. This is our 5th Nissan. My wife has had 3, and also services her Rogue at Exton Nissan. Brand loyalty obviously means absolutely nothing to Exton Nissan! I paid them the $135 and took my Pathfinder back to the other shop, where they did excellent and reasonably priced work. Plus, they never charged a diagnostic fee! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO EXTON NISSAN!!! Far too many subpar experiences. I hope my $135 diagnostic fee was worth losing my wife's and my business for good. More
