Saw a truck online I liked. I texted them and they said come in and see it. When I did it turns out it was at another dealer but they could bring it over another day. Sleazy thing to do. I had to leave a 100 dollar credit card deposit on a used car I hadn't seen. That was stupid of me. I did end up buying it. They said they would put new tires on it for free. Old ones were pretty bad. I was told new tires would be in thursday. No call so Friday I called. All inboxes are full for my salesman. Eventually get a hold of him he says he'll call back in 20. Never calls. I drive 45 min and ask him in person. He says Tuesday they'll be in. He also forgot to give me my credit card deposit from when they held the truck. I reminded him twice. When I went in I asked for it. He said it would go back on the card mon. When I wrote this on Thursday it was not refunded yet. I'm really tired of getting jerked around. There's no way to count the amount of times I called Anthony Jordan, my salesman. I posted this review early Thursday morning. Finally I decide to call a manager Thursday at lunch time. Vinny was very helpful and said I could come in Friday for tires. He put the money back on my card too. After we talked he saw my review. I got a voicemail saying if I want tires I better take my review down. I called back and explained I can leave a review and you will put my tires on because new tires are in writing when I bought the truck. He apologized and was nice after that. I took my review down temporarily because I just wanted my to get my tires and be done with this. I went in and they put them on. Everyone was very pleasant. They forgot to put my valve stem caps back on so I had to pick up new ones. Very stressful frustrating experience. I'm just baffled as to what the plan was originally. There was no chance of getting my tires or money if I hadn't contacted a manager. Inly reason I'm giving it 2 stars is other than the threatening voicemail the manager was helpful. More
