Frustrated, Irritated, Dissatisfied, Resentful, having been sold a defective product. Stock #17674A. This product was offered and sold on the basis of including the Nissan Certified Pre-Owned Inspection Program. Immediately after purchase there is a significant amount of water leaking into the interior of this certified vehicle. There is excessive condensation forming on the interior windows resulting in the formation of an interior frost layer on the windows and impeding adequate safe driving. Then I'm designated as a problem to be shuffled off to the service department. Then I'm told that the problem of a significant mount of water leaking into the interior of the car, impeding utilization of the windows while attempting to drive the vehicle would not have been identified through the Certified Inspection Program. Recently had a CVT transmission issue with my 2016 Nissan. Unfortunately my mileage was just over the extended warranty from Nissan of 84,000 miles I had 96. Little uncertain about my options where I contacted Nissan USA. They were extremely helpful and open the case for me and suggested I have my car taken to a local Nissan dealer. My experience with Exton Nissan service department was above and beyond any of my expectations. I was contacted by Christine immediately upon my car being towed to the dealer. Christine was very helpful and thorough and explaining the process of determining whether my vehicle was in need of a new transmission and contacting Nissan's Goodwill team to determine what if any assistance could be provided. My expectations were fairly negative but I had nothing else to lose. The communication was thourough as the process flowed. Nissan agreed to do a 50/50 split on a replacement transmission. The actual out-of-pocket cost to me was beyond anything I expected. Christine kept me informed over the course of several days as they diagnosed , received approval and performed the work. They received the vehicle the Tuesday after Thanksgiving and the whole process was complete by following Monday morning. I also spoke with Dan several times in the service department, and he was just as helpful and informative as Christine. Upon getting my car back I received a call from Dan that evening. He was following up on my satisfaction with the work. I was in the area the next day and stop by to thank Dan in person I spoke for several minutes with Dan in the tech (did not get his name unfortunately) who performed the work. We discussed a couple of additional maintenance my vehicle needs in the near future. Based on my experience over the course of my transmission replacement I will absolutely be returning to Exton Nissan for any and all maintenance needs. I did not purchase my vehicle from Exxon Nissan but they treated me with the kind of customer service/communication I had never previously experienced with a dealership. I can only say that several weeks ago when this all began the Outlook for getting my vehicle taken care of in a timely and financially beneficial manner was very grim. However I now able to head into the remainder of the holiday season with a reliable vehicle and a whole lot less stress! Dan, christine, and the service technician have sincerest attitude for all the day have done. Wishing all three of them and and the entire exit Nissan team the happiest holiday season for them and their families. Thank you!!! More
