I was very pleased with the service and Jim (the gentleman who took care of my needs) was pleasant and knowledgeable. While doing an oil change on my car, the mechanic noticed a problem of another t gentleman who took care of my needs) was pleasant and knowledgeable. While doing an oil change on my car, the mechanic noticed a problem of another type and brought to the attention of Jim. Kudos to the mechanic. Jim came in the waiting room to discuss what the findings were. I chose the suggestion of replacing the under carriage part that kind of shredded. I have a 9am appointment on Friday for the repair.
